Estamos convenientemente ubicados cerca de restaurantes, bares y tiendas.
A solo 20 minutos en automóvil de Miami South Beach, el centro comercial Aventura Mall, el centro de entretenimiento Hard Rock Casino, las tiendas Gulf Stream Village y el hipódromo, y 30 minutos a las famosas tiendas outlet Sawgrass Mills y Dolphin Mall.

Hay un tranvía económico, que se detiene en nuestro edificio y hace un bucle que se detiene a lo largo de Broadwalk y el área de compras del centro y viceversa.

El dormitorio principal es con cama King size, vestidor, baño completo;

2do dormitorio con 1 cama queen y 1 camas individuales y baño completo;

Cocina totalmente equipada con estufa, refrigerador, microondas, fregaderos, lavavajillas, todos los utensilios y área de descanso. Una gran sala de estar es con un amplio comedor para 6 personas, cuenta con un sofá, una otomana y una sala de estar, acceso al balcón con vista al mar.

Apartment was clean and location was fantastic but we had no balcony access. Construction had balconies locked but this detail was not disclosed and when I inquired I did not get a response.

Perfect Getaway

My adult children and my husband and myself stayed here for a birthday getaway and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Busy condo with pool and beachfront access. A great restaurant next door - chairs to rent on the beach (a little pricey) but the condo did have their own chairs we could use we just preferred the loungers - they even had food and drink delivery on the beach! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the condo had a great view - laundry and garbage was easy to do as well. If I had to suggest anything I would say maybe an extra towel Or two would be nice - but overall great trip!!

Wonderful getaway

A friend and I stayed here to focus on work for a few days. We enjoyed the spaces inside the unit that gave us working place options. We also enjoyed the beach, gym, and pool. Great location to walk to restaurants and other stores.

wonderful stay for vacation

very clean and convenient place. all the things for the beach and the baby was there. beautiful view from the balcony for the sunrise and the sunset. little bit windy and shadow at the pool but the beach is perfect.

Fantastic Trip

It was a great experience for our family. Beautiful area with many restaurants close by. Only 1.5 miles to the Hollywood Boardwalk. 18 min from airport. Beautiful, clean beach with white sand. Safe area. Very clean, up to date furniture. Spacious and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and wanted to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thanks Viktor. Definitely would come back!

Nice place on the beach

My husband, daughter and grandson stayed at this condo in August, 2024. The condo was nice. It had a couple of flaws (kitchen countertop had a major burn mark). The refrigerator filters needed to be changed. Air filters needed changing. Those are normal maintenance items that I hope were addressed after we checked out. The owner was made aware. The pool really was in need of a good cleaning.

Good for a quick Beach Getaway!!

Nice stay, property furnished well. Balcony provides nice view of the ocean (a side view but still nice). One item to note... the elevator situation was a bit congested everytime we left the unit due to the main elevators being out of service ( all the days we were there). Had to constantly use the service elevator, which was always hot and crowded. Valet parking was nice to have, we were able to get our car quickly when going out for dinner. Great proxity to the beach, Walmart, Publix and other shopping. Good location for a quick beach getaway!

Location and amenities

Located in the perfect spot. They also provide a lot of extras like beach chairs, umbrella, kids beach toys, kitchen seasonings etc. Would definitely stay again. The front desk and the valet are not the most compitant or friendly people, but that takes nothing away from the stay itself. Just a heads up.

Spring Break

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The washing machine and dryer were not in the unit itself and you had to load money onto a special card that was quite frankly a pain. There was only one towel and one wash rag provided for a family of six and that was also a huge inconvenience. Beach access was close and the pool was nice. Good options for dinner in the area. There were balls and chairs provided which was nice.

Ocean Front Fun

My family had a great time at this condo. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and easy walk to pool and beach. Restaurants within walking distance and laundry so close it was like in unit laundry.

Not directly on the beach

I have stayed at numerous vacation rentals in the past and have always left a positive review; however, in this case, I can not because the advertisement indicated that it was directly on the beach, and there is a building behind it that is directly beachfront, this one is not. During our stay, I was even told by the front desk clerk that the building is NOT considered direct beachfront and you could not set beach chairs on the dry sand area; they had to be on the wet sand area, which is considered "high-tide". None of this mattered because our beach vacation was impacted by huge construction vehicles driving back and forth down the beach, moving sand for a quarter mile each way. The owner suggested we walk a quarter mile north so we could get away from it. We could not get past the area because they had it all fenced off. The owner verified with me that he knew this was going to occur a few days before our stay and did not notify me. I would have canceled immediately, found another place, or canceled my trip. Our family had no other choice, having flown from Michigan, so we tried to make the best of it. Our vacations are 100% beach-themed, and this was a major problem for us. The area is also very noisy and the valet parking lot is directly below the unit. The valet drivers would hit the horn button on key fobs to find vehicles in the lot; this happened all day, every day, and was very noisy. This was the worst vacation rental experience I have had in twenty years.

Great Apartment

Everything was good, location was great. The view is amazing. Pool is heated. Apartment is spacious and very modern and clean. Amazing area as well with Walmart only ten minute walk away.

Overall a decent stay

Clean condo. Could have used a few updates on the dressers as some of the drawers were broken when opening, still functioning but broken. In the kitchen there was one frying pan, a random assortment of flatwear and silverwear. There is a dishwasher but no detergent so unusable unless you buy some yourself. Common amenities, such as, toilet paper, paper towels had to be used sparingly as there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 paper towel. There was also only a few garbage bags. With a family staying we had to really be aware of useage. Also, not a lot of cleaning supplies. Had to use a bathroom washcloth for the kitchen (as there was one kitchen towel and no rags) and use kitchen soap to wipe down counters and tables. The condo is very clean and the mattresses comfortable. We did know about the fee for the key fob, however, a $30 charge seems steep, especially because you must return it upon leaving. Overall the condo is nice, but for a VRBO I'd expect it to be more "livable" versus similar to a hotel.

Lovely clean and comfortable

This unit is very nice, super clean, well stocked. They have beach towels, blow dryer and every kitchen item you would need. Small balcony though with view at angle. Pool area nice but no hot tub. Easy beach access. Every area in lobby and pool area immaculate. I don’t think the area has much though. Definitely beach vacation.

Great location and great wonderful property!

This unit is in a great neighborhood with really good restaurants right down the road. Convenient to shopping. Super clean and very well stocked. Communication with Viktor was very easy and he was quick to answer our questions. Unit description was spot on and there were no surprises. We liked the beach down by boardwalk a little better, not as much seaweed, but afternoons on the balcony were perfect. Valet guys were wonderful and super helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Beach getaway

It’s really easy access to get there. Great views from balcony in either direction. Short walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to Walmart. We’ll stocked kitchen. Will definitely go back if I’m in the area.

Overall good experience

Clean apartment, everything you need in kitchen, manager is very helpful and polite; close to the shoping center. Very dirty beach- did not have chance to swim and had to go to miami beach; access to the beach is not free, you have to buy it; you pay for 5th person in addition to what the site calculates; very rude front desk person(woman). Overall is not bad, but I will try to stay in other place for my next trip

Had a wonderful time, comfortable beds, lots of extras. Was not prepared to pay $60 for 2 fabs.

I was not prepared to purchase two fabs totaling $60 to be able to get in and out of the unit, pool, gym, and to the beach. Upon departure we turned in the fabs and did not get our money back.
