Villa 140 is conveniently located close to the hotel’s facilities and Lagoon Pools, which back onto the iconic Four Mile Beach. Overlooking the 5th Fairway of the Mirage Golf Course, Villa 140 is located to the north of the Mirage Resort grounds.
The living area is open plan in design, with a detailed feature wall, showcasing scenic photography of the sea scape, setting the tone for your holiday. Extended high ceilings and panels of glass walls accentuate space and invite light. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, making in house catering a breeze. As the villa is split level, the lounge and dining rooms are separated by a few steps. Opening onto an outdoor area, which serves as a second dining room/entertaining space, for your comfort and enjoyment.
This contemporary three bedroom villa boasts a generous master bedroom upstairs, with ensuite and private balcony and a further two bedrooms downstairs, that share the central bathroom facilities. Flexible bedding configuration is available to suit individual booking needs. Being the corner villa in a block of four, Villa 140 offers additional privacy, with the convenience of the villa pool just meters from the front door. An undercover carport is available within the gated complex for added convenience and security.
