These are designed to cover the first day or two of your stay. Guests are expected to purchase additional supplies as needed for the remainder of their visit.
5. Family-Friendly Amenities – A portable cot and highchair are available for guest use. Guests will need to self-assemble/disassemble these items before departure (easy to set up in just a few minutes).
6. This home is 4 bed house however the master bedroom on the ground floor remains locked all the time & is not part of the rental hence the listing reflects as 3 bedroom house. You will have exclusive access to entire property apart from the locked room on the ground floor.
7. You’ll have access to one secure parking space in the double garage. Please note the second bay is occupied by the owner’s car.
8. Key Policy: We provide two sets of keys for the property. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250.
