This beautifully decorated cute and tasteful 2 bed/1 bath cottage located on the front half of the property can be rented by itself or with the more spacious 3 bed/2 bath home located on the back half of the property, so the whole family can come together on one property while still having their own separate spaces to retreat to. Located just 4 blocks from the public beach access at the end of Seabreeze Drive in Garden City Beach, you will have the beach very close without all the crowds and noise that come with the resorts close by. Don't miss this perfect family retreat boasting fantastic outdoor dining and entertaining spaces and plenty of on site free parking!
The Space:
Step inside to a bright, welcoming interior filled with natural light and a cozy atmosphere. The living area is styled with contemporary finishings, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space, making it easy to prepare everything from family meals to beach-day snacks. This home offers two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. Both are designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Both rooms connect to a convenient Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, making it easy for everyone to enjoy comfort and privacy. Outside, enjoy a fully fenced yard which is ideal for your furry friends (with host approval) and fire up the charcoal grill for relaxed evening at home.
Guest Access:
The whole cottage is yours and don't forget about the cute separate 3/2 home on the same property that is perfect for the groups of larger sizes!
The Neighborhood:
Located just 4 blocks from the public beach access off Seabreeze Drive in Garden City Beach, you will be close to shopping with grocery stores, coffee shops, delicious restaurants, surf shop and more!
Getting Around:
We highly recommend renting one of our 4 or 6 seater golf carts for your stay as they are the perfect way to get around Garden City and you will find beach parking much easier than with your car. We provide the gas for the rental and there is an on board sound bar so you can play all your favorite tunes while cruising.
Other Things to Note:
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee".
You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay. We do have some fun beach gear at the home that you are welcome to use during your stay.
