Welcome to Ellie Marie House! Walk to downtown from this bright, beautifully restored historic home at Bowie & Terrell. Enjoy Seguin’s cafés, boutiques, and the Guadalupe River when you stay here. Tall windows, transoms, and leaded glass flood the main level with natural light while thoughtful modern touches keep everything effortless.
Sleeps 2 — Main Level Only
You’ll have exclusive use of the downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms/bath are locked and not in use during your stay.
Sunlit living + dining: Original hardwoods, French doors with transoms, cozy seating and a round dining table—perfect for lingering breakfasts and late-night conversations.
Media room: Comfy lounge with a large Smart TV for movie nights.
Bright kitchen: White shaker cabinets, tall ceilings, stainless appliances (range, microwave, dishwasher + toaster oven), stone countertops, and a sunny window over the sink.
Coffee your way: Dual-brew Keurig (K-Cup + drip), mugs, starter pods + tea kettle ~coffee and tea provided!
