Perched high on Level 46, our designer apartment is your front-row seat to the river and the city below. Just a short stroll to Queen Street Mall, the Treasury, and the lush Botanic Gardens. Trains, trams, and ferries are all within reach – but truth be told, you might not want to leave the view.

The bedroom is fitted with a comfy queen bed and dressed in fresh hotel-quality linens. A peaceful night’s sleep is always in check.
Need an extra bed? Our sunlit study can be transformed into a single bed setup with a sofa conversion—just let us know in advance (Extra charge applies).

Guests have access to most of the resident facilities on Level 7 and 7m of the Queen’s Wharf Residences, which may include the pool, gym, outdoor terrace, and lounge areas.
Please note that access to these amenities is managed by the building, and availability can occasionally change due to maintenance, cleaning schedules, or private events.
While we do our best to ensure your stay includes full access, we can’t guarantee that all facilities will be available during your stay — though they usually are.
Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!
Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out
If you’d like the second bed set up, there’s a $55 setup fee. Please let us know ahead of time so we can get everything ready and comfy for your stay.
Pets are welcome, but must be approved in advance. We can accommodate one small to medium-sized pet only.
• A $170 pet fee per stay applies to cover deep cleaning and ensure the home is fresh for every guest.
• A $300 pet damage deposit is also required and will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no damage is found.
We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order.

Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
