Welcome to Lagoon’s Hidden Grove, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home tucked away in the peaceful residential community of Bogue Heights, Montego Bay.

Located approximately 15 minutes from Sangster International Airport and just minutes from Fairview Shopping Centre, the property offers a quieter side of Montego Bay while keeping shopping, restaurants, beaches, nightlife and everyday conveniences within easy reach.

Whether visiting with family, friends, working remotely or simply looking for somewhere to relax, Hidden Grove was designed to feel like your Jamaican home away from home.

🏡 The Home
Lagoon’s Hidden Grove is located within a split-level property; however, guests do NOT need to climb stairs to enter their accommodation.
The guest entrance is accessible directly from ground level, allowing you to enter your unit without using an internal or external staircase.
The property contains separate living areas, so you may occasionally see or hear other occupants around the wider property. Your booked accommodation and designated spaces remain for your use as described in the listing.

🌴 Balcony, Veranda & Garden
One of our favourite parts of Hidden Grove is the opportunity to enjoy Jamaica outdoors.
The balcony features an L-shaped sectional and additional seating, books, exercise mats and resistance bands. In the evening, solar string lights create a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
The covered veranda offers additional seating, including a single-seat swing chair and pine chair—a simple, shaded place to sit and enjoy the breeze.

The property is surrounded by greenery, including a small vegetable garden and seasonal tropical fruit trees. Depending on the time of year, you may see mango, avocado, ackee, banana, coconut, breadfruit and other produce growing around the yard.

❄️ Air Conditioning & Electricity
Air conditioning is provided for guest comfort.
Like many island homes, electricity in Jamaica is considerably more expensive than in many other countries. Your accommodation rate includes electricity for normal residential use.
We simply ask guests to use the A/C responsibly: keep doors and windows closed while it is operating and turn units off when leaving the property for extended periods.
A/C monitoring/motion-control devices may be used to help manage unnecessary energy consumption. These devices must not be covered, disconnected or tampered with.
Exceptionally excessive utility consumption beyond reasonable residential use may result in an additional charge where permitted.

🚿 Hot Water
The property uses a solar water-heating system, which is common in Jamaica and makes use of our abundant sunshine.
Hot-water temperature and availability can therefore be affected by extended periods of cloudy or rainy weather. During normal sunny conditions, the system heats the property's water throughout the day.
We want guests to understand this aspect of the home before booking, particularly if consistently high-temperature hot water regardless of weather conditions is essential to your stay.

🧺 Laundry
A washing machine is available on a limited basis for longer stays. Guests receive one complimentary wash for every 5 nights booked:

• 1–4 nights: no complimentary wash
• 5–9 nights: 1 complimentary wash
• 10–14 nights: 2 complimentary washes
• 15–19 nights: 3 complimentary washes

Additional self-service loads may be arranged for US$10 per load.
If you would rather have someone take care of your laundry, laundry service may also be arranged for US$75, subject to availability.
Laundry supplies are provided for eligible complimentary loads.
There is no clothes dryer; a clothesline is provided for air-drying.

🧻 Supplies & Housekeeping
We provide the essentials needed to comfortably begin your stay, including fresh linens, bath towels, washcloths, garbage bags and a starter supply of toiletries and toilet paper appropriate to the reservation.
These are starter provisions rather than unlimited replenishment, so guests may need to purchase additional personal or household supplies during longer stays.
The home is professionally prepared before arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an additional cost and subject to availability.

🎲 A Little Something for Downtime
Staying in doesn't have to mean being bored.
You'll find a selection of board games, puzzles and books, along with Smart TVs and Wi-Fi.
We also provide a small welcome snack and water to help you settle in after your journey.

🚗 Getting Around

Hidden Grove is located in Bogue Heights, a residential hillside community rather than within Montego Bay's main tourist strip.
This gives you a more authentic residential experience and a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city.
Fairview Shopping Centre and the surrounding commercial area are only a few minutes away, with supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, banking, shopping and other conveniences nearby.
The airport, Hip Strip and many of Montego Bay's popular attractions are approximately 12–15 minutes away by car under normal traffic conditions.
For guests who would rather not arrange transportation themselves, we may be able to assist with:

• Airport pickup and drop-off
• Private transportation
• A dedicated driver for part or all of your stay
These services are available at an additional cost and should preferably be arranged in advance.

Montego Bay offers everything from casual Jamaican cooking and jerk spots to seafood restaurants, cafés and waterfront dining.
You can spend the afternoon exploring the city, enjoy dinner near the water and return home to the quieter atmosphere of Bogue Heights.

There is plenty to experience during your stay.
Enjoy rafting on the Great River, visit Rocklands Bird Sanctuary, explore Jamaican food and culture, spend the day at the beach, shop nearby or head out on a day trip.
Negril, Trelawny and other parts of Jamaica's north and west coasts are also accessible for guests who want to explore beyond Montego Bay.

🌿 A Tropical Home
Jamaica's warm climate and lush vegetation are part of what make the island beautiful. Hidden Grove is surrounded by fruit trees, gardens and tropical greenery.
As with homes throughout tropical climates, you may occasionally encounter insects, geckos, lizards, birds or other small tropical wildlife, particularly outdoors or after periods of rain.
We maintain and treat the property routinely, but it is impossible to completely eliminate naturally occurring tropical insects from an open-air island environment.
Keeping doors and windows closed when not in use and avoiding uncovered food will help minimize unwanted visitors.

👥 Guests, Visitors & Gatherings

Please ensure that the number of guests on your reservation accurately reflects everyone staying overnight at the property.
Visitors must be disclosed in advance, and only registered guests may stay overnight unless an additional guest has been approved and added to the reservation.
This is a residential community, so unauthorized parties, disruptive gatherings and excessive noise are not permitted.
If you're planning a birthday, dinner, brunch, photoshoot or other small gathering, please ask us first. We are happy to discuss what may be accommodated rather than having guests assume all gatherings are prohibited.

🤫 Our Neighbourhood
Hidden Grove is a home within a residential Jamaican community—not a resort or isolated vacation compound.
We ask guests to respect our neighbours, particularly during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
You will experience ordinary neighbourhood life around you, which may occasionally include residents, vehicles, dogs, music or other everyday sounds.

🚭 Smoking & Prohibited Substances
There is no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home, including cigarettes, cannabis, hookah or other substances.
Legal smoking is permitted outdoors only in appropriate outdoor areas.
Illegal drugs, contraband and prohibited substances are not permitted anywhere on the property.
