Wonderful place for our family of four. It was nice to have separate bedrooms and a bathroom for the teenagers in the basement. Everything was clean and well maintained. Location is great to access both Keystone and Breckenridge.

Ski Trip
Our stay was great. There was plenty of room for everyone. Three full bedrooms made it very comfortable for all guests. Perfect for our ski trip to Loveland. Lots of room in the garage for a vehicle and skis. Washer and dryer were handy to keep ski wear clean and dry for the next day. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need for a quick breakfast. Great location, close to ski resorts and restaurants in Frisco and Dillon. Our property manager was easily accessible.

Enjoyable Stay with Helpful Ski Rental Perks
We had an enjoyable stay and were overall very pleased with the property. The space and location worked well for our group, and everything generally met our expectations. We especially appreciated the Ski Butlers discount offered to iTrip guests, which was a great perk and made ski rentals very convenient.
There are a few minor areas for improvement. Upon arrival, the room had a slightly dusty, closed-in smell, and some of the kitchen pans could use updating as food tended to stick. For a multi-day stay, it would also be helpful to have a bit more in the way of basic supplies like shampoo and toilet paper. The checkout cleaning requirements were a little more than we expected.
Overall, it’s a nice place, and with small improvements, it would be an excellent experience for future guests.
