Stunning two-bedroom condo located in the heart of Summit County with easy access to everything the area has to offer.

This is a corner, private unit with extra windows. It sleeps four people comfortably and a maximum of 6.

This is the perfect place for your mountain getaway. The condo is furnished with a king-size bed and TV in each bedroom. The bright and airy owner's suite offers a full-size mirror, granite top double sinks, vanity, and shower. The second bathroom is accessible from the hallway, and it has a tub/shower combo. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked, so don't let anything get in the way of a tasty meal. You can choose to enjoy it at the dining table or on the balcony with breathtaking views. Our huge living room is decorated with a hand-painted mural of a majestic Rocky Mountain wolf. There is plenty of seating by the gas-burning fireplace, just perfect for entertaining. We made it cozy and inviting with furry throws and contemporary decor. A private balcony with patio furniture completes the open living area. It oversees lake Dillon, the mountains, and Keystone ski area in the background. We put our heart and soul into decorating our mountain retreat, and it is simply just lovely.

Free parking for one car in a heated garage and another right in front of the garage.

The community hot tub and grill are located on the backside of the building.

The view was beautiful, nice size condo, balcony was just right, the kitchen had anything & everything you needed to cook with. We received all the information about checking into the condo earlier, to check in. We had to get in contact with the host on a matter & he got back to us within reason. Should we come back up this way, would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying in this condo for a few days to enjoy the fall aspen. The views were incredible, the condo's interiors were nicely done, and the location was great because we could get to all the things we wanted to do. The condo was also very well stocked and we were able to find everything we needed. Daniel the host did a very nice job communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Plenty of room. Close to bike path. Nice short walk to coffee shop. Garage was great for our ebikes. We didn't have the code to the front door of the building, so even when we walked we had to come in through the garage which was on the opposite side of the building, but not a huge deal. The mattress in the second bedroom was really hard, and not very comfortable for our friends. If it weren't for that, we would stay here again. Everything else was really great.

Lake Dillon view

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The location is perfect and the view from the unit is fantastic. The unit has everything you would need and Daniel is an unbelievable host who responds immediately.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Daniel was so easy to work with, and answered all my questions. The location was perfection and had the most AMAZING view! The property grounds were gorgeous! Highly recommend this condo for a fun family or couples getaway!

Fun time in Frisco

The location is terrific. Walk out the door and you're on the Rec Path. The condo had everything we needed. Daniel is a great host. We'll return again.

Breathtaking Views and a Perfect Mountain Escape

My wife and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful condo in Frisco. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the epic views of the Colorado mountains. Gray's and Torrey's Peaks stood out as highlights, along with the stunning Dillon Reservoir. These breathtaking sights were visible right from the windows and the patio, making every morning and evening feel magical.The condo itself was spotless, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a cozy and relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, we both slept great every night, which made our days of hiking and exploring even better. Being located at the end of the building on the 5th floor made it wonderfully quiet and peaceful.After hiking and enjoying the great local food in town, we loved winding down by reading and playing cards in the serene comfort of the space. One of the unexpected perks was having the Frisco recreation and bike path just outside the back lobby door, a perfect launch point for outdoor adventures.We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain retreat with unbeatable views, comfort, and all the amenities of home. We can’t wait to return!

Cozy place in a great location

The condo is a perfect little cozy retreat after a day of snowboarding. It is in an ideal location! I can't say it enough how much I appreciate that everything is close by! Restaurants, grocery stores, ski/snowboard rentals, main street, and the major ski resorts aren't a far drive at all. This corner unit offers a beautiful view - which I personally enjoyed especially in the early mornings when I read and simply enjoyed the silence, just before sunrise. The place is clean and well-stocked with whatever you might need during your stay. The building is quiet, and the common areas are tidy. It's kept real well. We love the art all around the condo. It is on the 5th floor, but no hassle at all to get to and from garage. We had an SUV with a roof cargo carrier that fit well inside the roomy garage. The kids enjoyed their first snowboarding experience, so we will def be back to this property! Daniel was easy to work with and very responsive!

Second time here - and just as good

Great location for the Summit County ski resorts. Close to I70, quiet area easy reach to Frisco, shops etc. We stayed here last year and given plenty of options, the fact we returned says it all!

Great location and stay

We go to Frisco every year and our group was smaller with just one other couple this year. Two king beds and two bathrooms were perfect for us.Great views, private garage parking, well appointed kitchen, very clean. The mural in person is stunning.

Daniel is a wonderful, kind host who was very accommodating with our last minute request. The property was pristinely clean, tastefully decorated, fully stocked with everything we needed and super comfortable and safe (!) for staying with a baby. Thank you so much again for the great experience, you saved our vacation.

Loved it while we were there!

The location is amazing. I biked so being able to ride out and get on the bike path was fantastic. The views from the balcony are beautiful, we caught some fabulous moon pics. The size of the condo was perfect, very comfortable and clean. Our stay was interrupted and we had to change locations due to a construction crew hitting a pipe leaving no hot water heater and no solid information for when it would be repaired. I don't hold the owner responsible for that and the property manager did quickly find us another condo. We will definitely return.

AMAZING View!

My husband I thoroughly enjoyed working remote from Daniel’s condo! We were escaping the Texas heat in August and Frisco did not disappoint! Temps 40s-70s, windows open with wonderful draft thru the condo. The view of Lake Dillon, the mountains and bike/walking path was spectacular! The condo was quiet, well stocked, had comfortable bed, etc. Took several easy walks/hikes (can walk to the marina). And communication w Daniel was the best! We will be back! Thanks for a wonderful get-away, Daniel!

Best Lake View in Frisco CO

We have been visiting CO in the summer for over 35 years and this condo is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It is very clean, comfortably and tastefully decorated, and has every convenience and thoughtful detail a guest could want. Daniel is gracious, responsive and helpful. The location is perfect for easy access to all areas of Summit County, adjacent to the wonderful recreation trail, and it has the most fabulous view of Lake Dillon and sunrise. We are hoping to stay in this lovely place again next year!

Granddaughters called it “Our Mountain Home”

We had a much too quick 3 night stay, I wish we could have stayed longer. We loved it here, even loved it more than in the pictures!! It’s such a spacious, beautiful and cozy place to come back to after all the things you’ll be doing while you’re here!! Outer Range had delicious food, we ate there twice! We took a shuttle to Dillon through Summit Shuttle, so beautiful! Then back to Frisco to I Scream Gelato & a big platter of some interesting sausage at EinProsit!👍 The walks on the boardwalk were so amazing, our Granddaughters just loved our hikes, with Us/Grandma & Grandpa, then again with Mommy, then again with all of us. Our Daughter in Law and Son even got out on a hike by themselves while we crafted back at this home with the “Husky.” We had a breakfast fest there one morning and there was everything you would ever need to cook all your meals!! We went to the grocery store for our food and drinks after checking in, they had all the essentials you would need like soap, lotion, salt, pepper, sugar, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels & so much more & we thank you so very much for that! The views from anywhere you sit are amazing and the patio was a favorite for my husband and son! The beds were so comfortable and there were extra pillows, blankets and fans for our use too!! I could just go on and on, the one thing is, I know we made such good memories here with our Family and our Granddaughters too! We just have to come back, for a little longer next time!!
