You have full access to your own carpark. Your lift pass will give you access to your floor and to the 40th floor (rooftop) where you will find the heated infinity pool and a very well equipped gym plus showers and toilets. You will also have access to the residents area on the 1st floor where there is a library and lounge chairs and tables.
The Neighborhood:
Just 5 minutes walk up the road in Turbot Street there is a small shopping centre with Woolworths, BWS, pharmacy and Doctor’s. If you are doing a big shop there is parking there for you.
Eagle St Pier is a short walk towards the river. There you will have many choices for eateries from fine dining, takeaways and also its buzzing of an afternoon at the many bars on offer.
Getting Around:
You can leave the car and walk everywhere. There is a bus stop directly out the front of the building.
Other Things to Note:
There is a library and lounge area on the 1st floor where you can enjoy sitting and reading or working. It is an excellent area to have meetings with clients.
