Set in a quiet street with parks and playgrounds at your doorstep, this is the epitome of modern living. The townhouse is perfectly situated so that you can truly enjoy the best that Adelaide has to offer.
Upon arrival at Black Oak you’ll immediately feel comfortable with our modern furnishings, finishes and decor. Enter our townhouse via a state of the art electronic keypad, for ease of access 24 hours. We have garaged, undercover parking for one vehicle on site.

This beautiful, cosy townhouse has been recently updated with your comfort in mind. Our open plan kitchen, living and dining is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, cooking up a storm or cosying up on the couch with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a gas cooktop, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils and wine glasses! Take a seat in our dining area and entertain in style with our 6 seater dining, or alternatively our sofa is perfect for relaxing and looking out over the park.

Our townhouse has three bedrooms. The master and second bedroom have queen sized beds, comfortable bedding, vintage wash linens and blinds. A third bedroom has a king single bunk bed. There are built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms if you need to store any clothes.

Upstairs there is a cosy ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, under basin storage and towel rails. A second main bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, vanity and under basin storage as well as a third toilet downstairs. Laundry facilities are available with an integrated washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes horse.
You’ll be delighted at every turn by the natural elements and unique styling of this incredible townhouse. Come and stay awhile and enjoy this masterpiece all to yourself, we would love to have you.
Please note, garaged undercover parking is available on site for one vehicle. It is accessed via an alleyway and is a tight turn in. We would recommend skilled drivers only and no larger than a standard SUV. Any damage to the building due to cars will be repaired at the guest expense. If you are not comfortable, you can park on the street where there is unlimited parking.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
