Welcome to Shadows on Gouger. Situated on Capper St in Camden Park, Shadows is just a short drive from the Airport, a quick trip to Glenelg Beach or you can take Anzac Highway straight down to the CBD. We are conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Morphettville Racecourse.
Upon arrival at Shadows, our hope is that you will feel at home and comfortable with our modern offerings. Entry into Shadows is via our state of the art electronic keyless entry system for ease of access 24 hours.
This unit is at the front of the block, with a private backyard for the kids to run around. Our open plan living, kitchen and dining is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, cooking up a storm or sinking into the sofa with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book.
Our master bedroom has a queen sized bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a full length mirror for your convenience. A second bedroom is styled with a two single beds, wardrobe, office desk and chair, comfortable bedding and pillows.
There is a main bathroom with shower, separate bath, vanity, under basin storage, mirror and separate toilet. Enjoy provisions of hair and body care amenities for your convenience. There are laundry facilities available including a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes rack.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop, fridge, Nespresso machine and basic cooking amenities. Open the sliding doors out to your private backyard equipped with a BBQ, perfect for those long summer nights.
We have on site, parking for one vehicle however the garage is not accessible to guests.
You’ll be delighted at every turn by the modern styling of this gorgeous two bedroom unit. Come and stay awhile and enjoy it all to yourself, we would love to have you.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
