A short walk to river and beaches, a quick drive to Jetty Road, and situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, this home offers a seamless blend of relaxation and adventure. The open-plan layout is ideal for families or groups, with cosy living areas and a covered patio for alfresco dining. Whether you’re picnicking on Glenelg’s iconic foreshore, or taking a day trip to McLaren Vale or the CBD, this home provides the perfect base to experience all Adelaide has to offer.
Step into this beautifully designed home and feel instantly at ease. The open-plan layout flows seamlessly from the living area to the dining and kitchen areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation or entertaining. The living room features a comfortable sectional sofa, a large wall-mounted TV, and a fireplace–adding a touch of warmth during cooler evenings.
The kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample counter space and a sleek breakfast bar for casual dining. Adjacent, the dining area invites you to enjoy meals with family or friends around a large wooden table, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light.
Each bedroom is styled for comfort, with the primary bedroom including a king bed, generous storage and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two king singles, perfect for children or friends. There is also a dedicated study, with a large desk and views of the lush greenery outside.
Outside, the undercover patio is a standout feature, complete with a BBQ, ceiling fans and a dining table for alfresco meals. Other conveniences include a modern laundry with a washer and dryer and on-site parking for two cars, and a short walk to the Patawalonga River, Glenelg North beaches, and Old Gum Tree Reserve.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Less than a 15 minute walk to Glenelg North’s beach and nestled in a quiet family-friendly area, this home is perfectly located to experience all Adelaide has to offer. A 5 minute drive will take you to Glenelg’s famous Jetty Road, where you’ll find an array of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops to explore. The stunning golden beach and foreshore grasslands are also perfect for picnics or simply relaxing in the sun. Families will appreciate the close proximity to The Beachouse (only 4 minutes drive), an iconic waterpark perfect for an afternoon adventure.
For those wanting to explore further afield, Glenelg is the ideal home base. Follow the coast south to McLaren Vale for wineries, north to Semaphore for boutique shops, or head inland to reach Adelaide’s CBD–only 20 minutes by car.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
For stays longer than 21 nights, an additional cleaning fee will apply. You may enquire about pricing before booking, or the fee will be quoted and charged after booking. Alternatively, we can offer mid-stay professional cleans, including fresh linen — please enquire for pricing.
Please note a $50 charge applies for guests bringing pets. We kindly ask that pets be kept off all furniture and beds, and that you clean up after them. Please do not leave pets unattended inside.
The front door is equipped with a Ring doorbell and camera.
The BBQ must be restored to the condition it was in when you arrived; otherwise, an additional charge of $60 will apply after check-out.
