The Space:

Experience the very best of Sydney living in this truly unique two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment set within a beautifully restored Old Scots Church featuring eclectic church installations throughout the building. Combining historic architecture with modern luxury, this residence offers an exceptional blend of character, comfort, and convenience. The apartment retains subtle architectural details that hint at its rich past, while its contemporary design and thoughtful layout ensure a relaxing and refined living experience.



Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen complete with quality appliances including a Gaggenau gas stove, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need to for a chef's kitchen. There is a large kitchen bench perfect for entertaining and a relaxing spot by the balcony.



The open-plan living and dining area provides a bright and inviting space to unwind, with high ceilings and your own private balcony. Complemented by comfy furnishings and a welcoming vibe. There is a desk and chair as well as dining table for 4 people. Ducted air conditioning throughout the property for your comfort in winter or summer.



Both bedrooms are designed for rest and comfort, with one bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom and large walk in wardrobe with views of the city and park. The second bedroom is downstairs with stunning original church windows over looking the park, with 2 built in wardrobes and a desk.



The two bathrooms both have walk in showers and amenities. A built-in laundry with a washing machine and separate dryer adds convenience, while high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV ensure you stay connected and entertained.



The private balcony offers a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while taking in charming views of the city & stunning church turrets and park side location.

Bedroom Two: Queen Bed: Located on the entry level, it includes a queen-size bed, two wardrobes, a workspace, three steps down to the bedroom, and is conveniently located near a bathroom.



Home Truths:

-This unique Split-Level City Loft is in a beautifully converted old church building. Please note that there are approximately 15 stairs leading to the upper level. From the street there are no stairs and a lift to the apartment level.

- Please note that the building is currently undergoing lift upgrade works. There will be one operational lift at all times, however wait times may be longer than usual, especially during peak periods. (23 March for 9 weeks)

-As a city centre location there is no on-site parking, but paid parking is available just a 2-minute walk away at Wilson Parking (259 George Street, Sydney CBD); being in the city centre, parking is at a premium, so we recommend checking availability in advance if you’re bringing a car. For stays over 28 nights please reach out to us for parking options.

-City centre location, you may experience some traffic noise.



The property has everything you need for a comfortable short or long stay. It features high-quality centralised air conditioning and heating in each bedroom and the lounge, perfect for whatever the Sydney weather brings. We can offer regular cleaning at an additional fee which can be arranged with 48 hours minimum notice.

There is a Minut home sensor in the living room, this reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if the alarms are touched.

Wynyard Station is 1 minute walk from the property



Martin Place is only about 3 minutes on foot, while Pitt Street Mall and the Queen Victoria Building are roughly 5 minutes away for a spot of shopping or people watching.



The Royal Botanic Garden and the Art Gallery of New South Wales are around a 10 minute walk, and if you keep heading north you’ll reach Circular Quay, The Rocks and the Sydney Opera House in about 12 to 15 minutes. Darling Harbour is also close by, around 10 minutes on foot, perfect for an evening walk or a waterfront meal.



Public transport is close and convenient, with trains, buses and ferries all nearby, making it easy to explore every corner of Sydney.
