RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

NOISE LEVELS: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and be respectful of neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours.

We wanted a great HQ for our wedding day, and this place ended up being perfect. Centrally located in Louisville, it was a short drive to all our final wedding spots. We booked the hot tub but didn’t end up using it because it was a bit too warm, and the backyard was covered in leaves we didn’t want to sweep, but that was really the only item that gave us pause. Older home, but comfy master bed, spacious bathroom, and comfy couch. We had a lovely, relaxed wedding morning, walking to the nearby Day Cafe coffee shop and picking up some breakfast pastries at a new French patisserie. Thanks for everything. We would book again!

My stay with Bourbon Rentals was AMAZING

The house was beautiful!!! It was in beautiful part of Louisville, the street was busy but the neighborhood was soooooo quite, the beds were comfortable, hot tub was perfect. It exceeded my expectations. I will definitely book with Bourbon Rentals again. Love love love this place

Great area. Comfortable house

We loved the area and felt really comfortable at the property. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend and stay again. The beds were comfortable and the checkout process was super easy. Only things I’d possibly notate: it’s an older house so it’s a bit creeky while walking around and only the master BR had a tv in it.

Relaxed and Comfortable Stay

Home was clean and comfortable with all amenities needed. Location is close to a nice park and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and morning coffee. Beds were large and comfortable. Place was easy to access as was communication with property owner.

Great location, with easy access to several bars and restaurants very close as well as Downtown and NuLu. Only issue was the hot tub was a bit dirty with some leaves and dirt on the bottom. Other than that, great spot. I would definitely book again.

Can’t beat location

We had the best time here. It was perfect for our adult family in town for a graduation. It was spotless and had a few local treats left for us upon arrival. The location is unbeatable with easy access to all of Louisville, especially for walkable dining in The Highlands!

Walkable neighborhood

Sisters reunion weekend - we cooked & walked, talked & watched movies. Perfect setting for all these activities! Loved the layout of this wonderful older house in a great area.

Great place to stay in Louisville, less than 10 minutes to the convention center. Home is well furnished and very comfortable. Only downside would be the street parking if you are in a truck. It is a very narrow street with parking on both sides.

Great stay and location

Had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything was exactly as descibed and management was very responsive. Other than the veryvsteep stairs to the second floor its a perfect house for a famiky. They even had a pack n play, boppy, and baby bath in one of the closets.

Our Kentucky Home

The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood and it is very convenient to travel within the city or surrounding areas. I highly recommend staying here when in Louisville! Bedrooms were very nice and the hot tube was great for relaxing after a long day. I would stay here again if I’m in Louisville in the future!

Quant Louisville stay

Great location in Louisville. Only 6 houses away from a nice local park and under a mile away from Cherokee Park (the best park in Louisville). Bardestown Road is an awesome place for eclectic shopping and fun restaurants. The house was great for our family (3 boys).

We loved the location. It is a short walk from local restaurants and shops. The house is nice and we got lots of use out of the hot tub.

Unable to use hot tub after sundown. This is an inconvenience when you're out doing things all day and I'm able to use it at night. Homeless people walking around children being exposed to things that they should not be exposed to. The house overall was great neighborhood not so much.

Louisville Tyler Park house

Nice space for a family with a park near by and a quick drive to downtown. This neighborhood is in a nice area with cute shops and restaurants close by to the house as well.

Property close to expo center

It was a very nice property. The Manager took care of us when we had a concern. Street parking is cozy but we found a close place each evening
