Liquid Assets is an amazing home with an incredible outdoor pool area. It is also just steps from the beach. This has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. The house was super clean when we arrived.The property management company, Destin Dreamers, was also top notch. They were by far the most responsive hosts we have ever had, and when we did have a couple minor issues, they promptly worked to resolve the issues.We would absolutely recommend this property and will certainly book again in the future.

Liquid Assets was the perfect spot for our extended family vacation. We had 14 peopleall ages from 86 to 18. The property is conveniently located to the beach. Renting chairs and umbrellas was super easy right there on the beach and the area never seemed crowded even in July. We especially enjoyed the pool area! The beds are very comfortable in the kitchen well stocked. We had to reach out to Destin Dreamers with a few questions and they were very prompt in replying to us. Also, this property is very close to the outlet and grocery store. It’s just a great location all around.

We had an amazing stay, the place was beautiful. The views of the beach were awesome, the heated pool was a God send as was the jacuzzi and we loved that the pool had a deep end. The hosts were incredibly responsive, 10/10 would highly recommend.

Beautiful home and a beautiful beach

We had a US Army reunion (40 years), and it was a great place to stay. Close to the beach, comfortable rooms, a great pool, and a very nice place to vacation. Excellent communication with the manager/owner. Fun fun fun!

Lovely home with great views of Gulf. Easy access to beautiful white sand beach. Hand rails and deck on bedroom balcony could use some repairs. Overall great experience.

Family vacation

There is definitely lots of room for the entire extended family. The pool was magnificent. The beach area was extremely clean and the sand was smooth and beautiful. The upper rooms and furniture was in perfect condition. I would use the lower level for a changing area for the pool

EXCELLENT LOCATION

This house is as close as you can get to the beach without “on the beach” cost. Pool was GREAT. We brought a water volleyball net and had a blast. There is hardly anyone else on the beach. Tons of great ocean views. Only issue is the grill needs to be replaced. We had 5 families with 22 people. We would stay here again.

Would rent again!

Great for multifamily. Loved private beach access. Two sets of washer and dryer. Two fridges. Fully equipped kitchen. Full gas tank on GRILL! Plenty of seating area indoors and outdoors.

Great family experience

There were many wonderful aspects of the property. We didn’t realize that the downstairs with all the bunk beds couldn’t be accessed from the main house. The ice maker wasn’t working when we got there but a repairman came right away to fix it. We loved all the different areas in which to eat and “hang out”. Overall, a very good experience!

Outstanding Vacation Rental!!!

Daiquri Days II is the perfect vacation house! We had 9 adults & 11 kids(ages 3-14) & everyone agreed it is an outstanding vacation home. The house is fully stocked with everything you need(i.e. game room, great kitchen, pool, location to beach & stores, etc..) Kids enjoyed the fact that it's a 5 minute walk to outlets & Dollar General; adults love the fact that you have 50 yard walk to secluded beach with perfect white sand. Private drive & road so no worries about traffic &/or child safety. Matt(owner) is extremely responsive & helpful if you have questions or suggestions. Overall, this place was a homerun & we'd definitely go back!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. Everything—both indoors and outdoors—was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with every comfort we could ask for. The pool was incredible and quickly became our favorite place to relax.The private beach was just a few steps from the house, making it incredibly convenient and truly special. We loved being able to walk over anytime and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.The host was excellent—very prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even smoother.The only thing to note is that the first-floor guest suite is not directly accessible from inside the main house. To reach the bedrooms on that level, we had to either walk around from the pool area using the back door or enter through a separate front entrance. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but good to be aware of when planning sleeping arrangements.Overall, this was one of our best vacation stays. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect getaway.

Birthday celebration

We stayed at this location celebrating a 65th birthday. So the group consisted of grandma, adult children and grandchildren. Can not recommend this location more! It exceeded our expectations. The online photos were a great representation, however it is still more beautiful in person. The views were also wonderful. It was quiet and peaceful the entire stay. The house was clean and well kept! The walk to the beach was brief and easy! Plenty of leftover beach and pool toys/ accessories were left at the property by others and us, for future renters to use! That was a big plus for us especially with younger children! The parking was plentiful and the property care crew were friendly and prompt. Our entire group would highly recommend. Miramar is a beautiful beach and we will definitely return!

Nana

Our family stayed at Daiquiri Days II just prior to Thanksgiving. This is the ABSOLUTE best location we have ever stayed at. It is extremely private and so very close to the beach. No streets to cross which is especially good for families with smaller children. It is just distant enough that you don't have to worry about the little ones slipping away on their own. The house is just fabulous and has all the things in the kitchen that you would need. Also, it is so close to Dollar General, CVS, Winn Dixie and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Although it rained every day (except Monday when the folks did get to enjoy the beach), the kids loved the game room and the heated pool. Also, the internet is very fast, so there was something for everyone. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone. We hope to stay at Alotta Colada next year which is even bigger.

This was the best experience we have ever had. The house was 100% spotless. I’m talking even in corners and behind furniture. It was so clean. The host answered phone calls and texts when we had questions immediately, and was excellent about communication.I’m not sure why it isn’t more prevalent in the listing, but the beach access is private and steps away from the front door. We went during fall break and the beaches in front of the properties next to us were full, but ours was so quiet and sometimes it felt like we even had the beach all to ourselves! This home was the epitome of luxury. The only recommendation I would have is to possibly add some throw blankets for use on the couch/ottoman. We wanted to cover up downstairs a few times and wished there had been an extra blanket. Other than that, I was actually so excited to write this review because I had ZERO complaints. I cannot say enough about how much we adored this property.

Prime beach location

Big house with a 1 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of entertainment with what the house provides as well as the beach. Beautiful rooms with balcony views. We all had a great time. Only issues were the grill and sand + hair in the bed sheets (definitely in the beds on the very top floor). We tried to grill on the last day. The grill was dirty. The propane tank ran out within 8 minutes of grilling. Went to replace the tank, but the grill decide to not properly light/heat up with a new tank. The sand and other people's hair in the bed sheets were a little annoying since there is a pretty hefty cleaning fee, but we survived. Sand is gonna be everywhere cause.....beach.

Perfect Beach Experience

This was our first experience with Miramar Beach and it did not disappoint. The house was perfect for our group. The property manager was very attentive to all our needs, and communication was excellent. The weather was a little cool the first two days, so the heated pool was a great addition for the kids in our group. The house did not have all the amenities we normally have when staying in other Vrbo properties. Bring your own garbage bags. Extras are not furnished. Winn Dixie, Publix and Walmart are nearby, though. They do have a few beach chairs and other beach toys available from previous guests. If you aren’t used to dehumidifiers, note that the bottom floor has two of them that need to run. You will need to empty water out of them, which was a very minor inconvenience. The ping pong table needs a new net. Would definitely stay here again.

Labor Day 2023

The house itself was very nice, the major problem we had was flooding in the ground floor that was closed in to make two more bedrooms & game room. There also were spiders & spider webs in those bedrooms down there. I called the maintenance person, Joey, and he responded promptly. It rained two nights, so we had flooding both nights. He came out twice to clean up the flooding & remove rug that was soaked. There also were 3 wasp nests on the back of the house so going in the pool was iffy. We would have liked to use the Bar-B-Que pits but they were both dirty. Hated to bother Joey again. My family did enjoy their stay, but don't know if I would pay that kind of money again with the problems we had. It seems that once the house was cleaned after previous guest, it was not checked again before our arrival.

Great location!

Our family really enjoyed this property. We also had family in the property next door in addition to the Camp Gulf next door. The communication from the owners was fantastic. They were very responsive. The location was perfect with a private beach and being able to walk there in two minutes. We visited Baytown Wharf on accident as we went just for a restaurant and found out there is a ton of things to do there. We highly recommend going there. We were only 25 minutes from our boat rental at crab island. There were only a few negatives that we could point out. The fan in the kitchen had dust all over it in addition to the ceiling from having the HVAC system cleaned. The furniture is very dated and could use an upgrade in addition to mounting the tv's on the wall. The AC on the third floor leaked, but we just put a towel down and it was fine. We had a grill not work and they brought a new one out right away. There was also a broken spindle on the back gate which was previously glue that fell off. Totally a minor thing. It would be awesome if properties had some sort of ice machine as well. I'd recommend bringing beach chairs and an umbrella instead of renting them. We were glad we had ours. Overall we loved this property and would and probably will rent it again.
