The Space:

The home is nestled within the gated Storey Lake Resort in Kissimmee, offering the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. Located just 10 minutes from Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal Studios, this vacation home is close to all the magic of Orlando while providing access to top-notch amenities.



At the heart of the resort is The Hideaway Club, a clubhouse packed with fun and relaxation for all ages. Guests can enjoy a resort-style pool, two thrilling waterslides, a lazy river, and a kids' splash park. For sports and recreation, there’s a 9-hole mini-golf course, a putting green, sand volleyball courts, and multi-sports courts. Younger guests will love the playground, while everyone can have fun in the arcade-style game room.



The resort also features a scenic lake where you can rent kayaks and enjoy a peaceful cruise on the water. Other Things to Note:

The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.



A BBQ grill rental is available for use for an additional fee. The propane tank refill is not included. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.



Please note the home is 2 stories, and it does require guests to climb stairs to access the upper floor.



In addition, we also provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like some basic cleaning supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher soap/pods, laundry detergent, and trash bags. There will also be some bath essentials provided, such as toilet paper, hand and body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please note that these are not replenished.



There is no daily cleaning, but if you’d like to arrange for our cleaning service to come in and tidy up, we can arrange it for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Excessive required cleaning is considered a double clean and is charged at an extra fee.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the keypad. Check-in instructions and necessary codes will be provided before your arrival.
