** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

1st family Air B&B

Our stay was great, the house was very nice. It could use a paint job in some areas and the carpets also can use a cleaning, otherwise it was a great time for everyone. Would recommend it, and we would choose this place again.

Great location and great amenities! Had just the right amount of bedrooms and the kid ones being themed were a plus! All but 2 bedrooms had attached baths, which was perfect for multiple families staying, and the 2 had a larger bathroom right across the hall, which worked well.One of the reasons we picked the house was because it had ample dining seating - a huge dining table and chairs, which was great when there were 30 people in the house! Pool and spa were great; both kids and adults made great use of it. Ample seating outside as well. Regarding the parking, we were able to fit in 7 cars total between the garage, driveway, and extra perpendicular space. So didn’t have any issues with cars being towed (have read other reviews about that issue, but they make it very clear what the parking instructions are). All of our questions both before and during the stay were answered quickly from the rental company/owners, which was appreciated. A few of the games in the upstairs game room didn’t have pieces/parts to fully play, so the kids were bummed at first, but wasn’t something I’ve give any less stars for the house.Overall it was a great accommodation for a large group of multiple families!

Lovely property in an excellent location very close to Disney. Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Emily responds very quickly and ironed out any issues immediately. I would highly recommend the property.

Fantastic Property

Highly recommend, big house where everyone has their privacy and kitchen, dining room and living room area is big enough for family to enjoy together. Swimming pool was awesome and Emily and Kevin answered all our questions ASAP. Our family would definitely return.

Large Family Stay

The home is beautiful. Lots of kids rooms (we didnt need) but if you have lot of kids a great spot. The cleanijg crew needs to spray and clean cob webs near door and fronr bedroom. Overall very large home and close to all the parks. Just a note: Some renters didnt follow the rules of no parties :(

Great house in a great location

The house worked out great for us. My team was in town for a conference at Disney Coronado Springs and this house worked perfectly for us. Everything was nicely appointed and it was great being able to hang out together outside of the conference rather than everyone going back to their room in a hotel. My only complaint would be that there were no washcloths provided with the bath and hand towels. Overall, the experience was great!

Large Family Vacation

We stayed at the VRBO for 7 nights with family and friends, which included several children under 10 years. On the plus side the place itself is nice and big with lots of rooms and washrooms which is what we were looking for. On the negative side the place has not been maintained well, with scuff marks on a lot of walls and carpets that were quite dirty. We found food in the rooms when we checked in, bugs in the bedding, and even blood on a sheet. It seemed like the place was not cleaned prior to our arrival. In addition, there was only one garbage bag provided for the entire place, which doesn’t seem reasonable considering it has 12 bedrooms and is made for large groups. The pool was also nice and we enjoyed it except that we paid for heating and it wasn’t working for a day and a half, we had to message a few times and found we had to turn on the heat for the pool ourselves even though the schedule was set. The communication with the host company was good, they responded relatively quickly and did act on a number of our requests/complaints. In terms of location, it was great, it was very close to Walmart and relatively close to the parks.

Thank you for your review, James. Our home is always professionally cleaned and inspected before each check-in, as noted by previous guests we’ve hosted. The weather was extremely cold, which caused the pool heater to take longer to heat the water. However, we ensured the pool heater was working perfectly. We provide one trash bag in the home as it is a self-catering home, and guests are expected to purchase any additional items they may need during their stay. Supermarkets are nearby for your convenience. We are committed to providing excellent stays for all our guests and hope to host you again in the future!

Beautiful home fell short of expectations

This beautiful home fell short of expectations. First off there is not adequate parking for the amount of people this home can hold. Parking enough for 5 cars only. Cars cannot be touching grass or on street. Over flow parking was always full. Some bedrooms/bathrooms were provided bath towels, but not all. We had to go out and buy towels wash clothes and hand towels. Kitchen towels and oven mitts. No oven mitts were provided. There were ants in kitchen and upstairs primary. Three bathrooms did not have light bulbs and we had to take those from the lamps to see in bathroom. Upstairs primary bath was missing a door handle. Games did not work. Pool sticks broken. Downstairs primary and frozen room showers did not drain. Harry Potter bath was dirty with red water lines. Chicken wings were found in upstairs couch. Seamed as if air conditioned units were not adequate to keep home cool especially upstairs. We all had to go buy fans to circulate stale air. As a fellow rental owner this was not our expectations. Towels should be provided if not please specify in rental so we could have planned better. Bedroom setups were great. We had plenty of room as far as that went. Dining area was large enough to accommodate also.

We also remind all guests to properly store food during their stay to help prevent any pest issues, as ants can be common in Florida homes. Regarding parking, both the driveway and garage are available to guests. The resort HOA does enforce strict parking rules to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for everyone, and we appreciate your understanding in following those guidelines. We do provide kitchenware and a standard set of bath and hand towels for each guest. Washcloths are not provided. As our home is self-catering, we recommend that guests staying for longer durations consider bringing or purchasing any additional items they may need for comfort, such as extra towels, kitchen supplies, or personal items. Following your stay, we have checked the property thoroughly and confirmed that all bathrooms are equipped with working lights and that amenities are fully functional. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
