Enjoy this spacious house right on the beach in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This is a large house with plenty of space for a multi-family vacation or that get together with friends you have always wanted to plan.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, most days you will have the beach to yourself to enjoy. Relax on the baloncy enjoying the sea views and sunset, play lawn games in the spacious yard, enjoy the heated pool or sit at the pool bar and enjoy a Bahamian cocktail. If your up for a little adventure take one of our kayaks out to the nearby small island for expoloration and a picnic.

For those scuba divers, we are only a 3min walk to a well known Padi dive center.

Amazing beach house! It was the perfect set up for our group of 6 adults and 1 kid. The location was safe and quiet, amenities/features galore, well-equipped kitchen, large balcony, covered outdoor patio & furniture, beautiful beach, great pool, etc. We had plenty of space to hang out everywhere! Loved the tiki bar, outdoor bathroom, and coconuts from the trees.

Our party of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Bird Beach house. The location is fantastic - pool and beach side, what more could you ask for! We basically had the entire beach to ourselves most days as well! The south side of the island is definitely the sunny side of the island! Robbie was fantastic to deal with - always checking in with us and quick to respond if we needed anything. There is plenty of space and kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need! The only thing that we noticed is the hot water would run out quite quickly after 2 showers and then resulting no hot water for dishes. As well the dishwasher wasn’t the greatest but these are minor things! Overall I would highly recommend this house! Do not hesitate.

We loved our stay at the Blue Birds Beach House! We loved it so much we hardly left the property! The hosts have thought of everything and we appreciated all the little details! There were kayaks for exploring and pool floaties to use at the pool. Beach chairs and umbrellas if you venture off site are so nice to have. There are games, puzzles, movies galore, billiards, videogames and darts. Our family of 8 and a toddler were never bored and loved just relaxing and enjoying everything the villa had to offer! We did bring in groceries and usually ate at the villa as most restaurants are a bit of a drive away and we hated to miss sunset at the villa! Dont miss out on this opportunity to stay at a beautiful villa with the quietest beach on the island! You wont regret it!!

Location was so great. Literally had the entire beach to ourself. Host was fantastic. House has everything you need. It is a bit far from town. Recommend ordering grocery delivery. Would love to visit again, 9 days was not long enough!!!

Our hosts were awesome! They responded immediately when we had a question. Very helpful. The house was so well equipped, especially the kitchen. The patio had plenty of seating. Very nice. We appreciated all the pool floaties. We could have used one more hair dryer and deep pocket sheets on the beds. Thank you for a great vacation!!

The Blue Bird Beach House was everything we expected and more!!!! We didn't lack for anything. The amenities were great! We could talk about how the house is fully stocked with everything you need but you can read that in all the other reviews. What we can tell you is that from the moment you wake up in the morning until you lay your head down at night you are in paradise. The calm quiet beach, the view and sound of the ocean, the pool, the outdoor bar, the privacy of the beach... we could go on and on. It was perfect!!! We brought our three adult children and their significant others for a family vacation and it didn't disappoint. Rosalie and Robbie are incredible hosts. Very responsive. They truly want you to feel at home and enjoy your vacation. We rented a mini van so we could explore the island if we wanted to, but every time we left the beach house we couldn't wait to return!!! We used the grocery service so that we would have food and drinks upon arrival, but we ventured to the food and liquor stores as needed. The time spent with our children and the memories made are exactly why we chose Blue Bird Beach House. You won't be disappointed!!

Beautiful beach getaway

We went to the Bahamas with our best friends to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and our 20 th wedding anniversary. The Blue Birds Beach House was the perfect place. Plenty of space for all of us and the house had tons of extras and a beautiful view of the beach. The owners were very responsive and we had a great time.

Amazing Home away from Home

From the booking, Robbie was super responsive and so helpful with information and recommendations. I can’t say enough good things about the property - the condition, how well equipped it is, the space, the views, the game room and movie collection - all top notch. Cannot recommend this property and these hosts enough. Thank you for such an incredible family vacation!

Fabulous stay!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Bluebird house for our multi-generational annual holiday. Everything was perfect. Robbie was very attentive to our needs and was very helpful in showing us where to visit on the island, where to shop and providing us with contacts for catering (Perry Sweeting). Pool and ocean views were spectacular. Very relaxing family time. Everyone of all ages enjoyed our stay!

Friendscation in Bahamas

Our group of lifelong friends got together for a long weekend at this house was perfect for us! The bedrooms had enough space for everyone, the pool was great, and it was steps from the ocean. I only gave it 4 stars for the neighborhood because it is pretty far from any of the tourist centers, but for many that may be a plus. Would definitely come back again.

Blue Beach House

Our extended family had an amazing and very relaxing week at Rosalie and Robbie’s place on the beach. They were both extremely responsive to any questions and very helpful suggesting grocery shoppers to stock the kitchen for our arrival and drivers to get us to and from the airport. There were 8 of us including a 3 yr old. The house layout was perfect for us. Everyone loved the pool and being so close to the beach. You could easily walk 3 or so km on the beach and there’s a beach bar about .5 km along you can hit for a drink and snack. We all had a great time, would return and recommend! Thanks!

Amazing Memories

This home is spectacular! Everything is impressive; top-notch finishes, well-stocked kitchen and baths. Plenty of space for the 3 couples in our party. Each bedroom has its own A/C control so we all slept comfortably. Loved the pool bar with music. Spent most of our time outside in the pool or at the beautiful sand beach in the warm ocean water (just steps away from the pool). Quiet neighborhood, very safe and secure. Would love to return someday!

Piece of Paradise !!!

The house was beyond our expectations. Everything was clean and well stalked. I loved that they had all the appliances, cookware, and dishes you could need. We loved the outdoor area so much! The view was amazing and perfect spot for the most beautiful sunsets. The location is further away from all the busy touristy areas, making it wonderful place to relax. The water is not as blue as the other side of the island, but the water is much calmer, which is great for swimming or snorkeling. We felt safe in the area and the privacy made it feel like we were on our own little island. We all felt at home! Thank you Robbie and Rosalie for everything!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at Blue Bird. From check-in to check-out, it was seamless. We only left the property once because this is definitely in a neighborhood that is not accessible to any type of "center". Before we checked in, Robbie was very prompt with answering any questions and gave us recommendations on transport, as well as introduced us to Chef Perry. 100% recommend hiring the chef. Not only is it amazing food but the service and piece of mind (they'll grocery shop for you!) was priceless for us. The house was well stocked and very clean. Water pressure in showers wasn't the best but this has often been our experiences on islands. Overall, amazing experience.

It’s great for those looking to get away and relax. It’s also a 3 min walk from the Stuart’s Cove dive center for interested scuba divers. We are about 10min from the airport, 15min from BahaMar resort and about 25min from the downtown area and Atlantis resort. Ask us any questions you have. Ask us about personal chef services. The chefs we work with have been very popular with our guests.

Amazing communication. Great suggestions. Made great recommendations on dive shops, activities etc. lots of beds. Able to squeeze 2 sets of grandparents (4), and 2 families of 4. My daughter had an ear infection and Robbie helped us look for a Doctor on the island. The beach was perfect for little kids. Many of the family enjoyed the kayaks and the heated pool was the perfect temperature to keep everyone in it all day ( ages 1.5-7 yo in particular). Thanks for a Great time! Ate an amazing restaurant in the island, shima ( chef Dave!).
