Enjoy this spacious house right on the beach in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This is a large house with plenty of space for a multi-family vacation or that get together with friends you have always wanted to plan.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, most days you will have the beach to yourself to enjoy. Relax on the baloncy enjoying the sea views and sunset, play lawn games in the spacious yard, enjoy the heated pool or sit at the pool bar and enjoy a Bahamian cocktail. If your up for a little adventure take one of our kayaks out to the nearby small island for expoloration and a picnic.

For those scuba divers, we are only a 3min walk to a well known Padi dive center.

Spring Break Getaway

This property is gorgeous! The view is to die for and the home is absolutely perfect! So many options and plenty of room to spread out. The host was very kind and incredibly responsive. We will stay here again someday!

Blue Beach House

Our extended family had an amazing and very relaxing week at Rosalie and Robbie’s place on the beach. They were both extremely responsive to any questions and very helpful suggesting grocery shoppers to stock the kitchen for our arrival and drivers to get us to and from the airport. There were 8 of us including a 3 yr old. The house layout was perfect for us. Everyone loved the pool and being so close to the beach. You could easily walk 3 or so km on the beach and there’s a beach bar about .5 km along you can hit for a drink and snack. We all had a great time, would return and recommend! Thanks!

Perfect Beach House

This beach house met or exceeded all expectations. Very easy check-in, large bedrooms and bathrooms, and great pool. Felt like we had a beautiful private beach.

Friendscation in Bahamas

Our group of lifelong friends got together for a long weekend at this house was perfect for us! The bedrooms had enough space for everyone, the pool was great, and it was steps from the ocean. I only gave it 4 stars for the neighborhood because it is pretty far from any of the tourist centers, but for many that may be a plus. Would definitely come back again.

Fabulous stay!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Bluebird house for our multi-generational annual holiday. Everything was perfect. Robbie was very attentive to our needs and was very helpful in showing us where to visit on the island, where to shop and providing us with contacts for catering (Perry Sweeting). Pool and ocean views were spectacular. Very relaxing family time. Everyone of all ages enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Home away from Home

From the booking, Robbie was super responsive and so helpful with information and recommendations. I can’t say enough good things about the property - the condition, how well equipped it is, the space, the views, the game room and movie collection - all top notch. Cannot recommend this property and these hosts enough. Thank you for such an incredible family vacation!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at Blue Bird. From check-in to check-out, it was seamless. We only left the property once because this is definitely in a neighborhood that is not accessible to any type of "center". Before we checked in, Robbie was very prompt with answering any questions and gave us recommendations on transport, as well as introduced us to Chef Perry. 100% recommend hiring the chef. Not only is it amazing food but the service and piece of mind (they'll grocery shop for you!) was priceless for us. The house was well stocked and very clean. Water pressure in showers wasn't the best but this has often been our experiences on islands. Overall, amazing experience.

Amazing Memories

This home is spectacular! Everything is impressive; top-notch finishes, well-stocked kitchen and baths. Plenty of space for the 3 couples in our party. Each bedroom has its own A/C control so we all slept comfortably. Loved the pool bar with music. Spent most of our time outside in the pool or at the beautiful sand beach in the warm ocean water (just steps away from the pool). Quiet neighborhood, very safe and secure. Would love to return someday!

Fabulous and Fantastic!

Such a beautiful home! A wonderful place to make great memories with friends and family! Had a wonderful time celebrating my 50th Birthday! Do your self a favor and use chef Perry Sweeting services! He makes the most amazing food! He will come and Spoil you with the most delicious meals! He was Definity a highlight. The house is spacious, the pool is fantastic and the beach is pretty much all yours! Thank you so much for this fun time! If you have any problems the host Robbie is right there to help you with anything that needs to be fixed. I truly recommend this paradise! Thanks again for fantastic memories!

Piece of Paradise !!!

The house was beyond our expectations. Everything was clean and well stalked. I loved that they had all the appliances, cookware, and dishes you could need. We loved the outdoor area so much! The view was amazing and perfect spot for the most beautiful sunsets. The location is further away from all the busy touristy areas, making it wonderful place to relax. The water is not as blue as the other side of the island, but the water is much calmer, which is great for swimming or snorkeling. We felt safe in the area and the privacy made it feel like we were on our own little island. We all felt at home! Thank you Robbie and Rosalie for everything!

Amazing communication. Great suggestions. Made great recommendations on dive shops, activities etc. lots of beds. Able to squeeze 2 sets of grandparents (4), and 2 families of 4. My daughter had an ear infection and Robbie helped us look for a Doctor on the island. The beach was perfect for little kids. Many of the family enjoyed the kayaks and the heated pool was the perfect temperature to keep everyone in it all day ( ages 1.5-7 yo in particular). Thanks for a Great time! Ate an amazing restaurant in the island, shima ( chef Dave!).

Look No Further

We wanted a nice property with an island feel, well maintained with a pool and on the beach. We got everything we wanted plus the best hosts that we've ever encountered. Robbie and Rosalie were remarkable during every phase of this booking and Robbie saw fit to greet us personally upon arrival and stayed intouch throughout our stay until we were at the airport. He provided a plethora of recommendations from restaurants, night clubs, golf, sights to see and more. I truly cannot say enough. The property itself is well maintained; everything is just as you see on the site. There are pool toys, beach chairs, kayaks, and so much more that we weren't even expecting. We did run into a little unexpected hiccup with the gate to the property. It malfunctioned on our third day but Robbie made sure that we stayed secured regardless. To summarize all I can say is if ever our travel group returns, we'll definitely check to see if this property is available.

Perfect!

This home is the place to stay when vacationing in the Bahamas! It is absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean (I am very fussy!), and is equipped with everything that you need for your stay, as well as items you didn’t even know you needed. The home is spacious and comfortable, it truly felt like our home away from home. It is in a great location, a quiet and safe neighborhood where you aren’t too far (with a car) from everything that the Bahamas has to offer. The beach, just steps away, is beautiful, very private and allows for relaxation while listening to the ocean. The views from the home are picture perfect, you feel like you are looking at a postcard! Robbie and Rosalie are absolutely wonderful hosts, they met us upon our arrival and were warm and welcoming. As we were planning our trip and during our entire stay they were attentive and responded quickly to our emails and text messages. Their attention to detail in preparing their home for guests goes above and beyond. Thank you Robbie and Rosalie for a wonderful and perfect family vacation in the Bahamas, we look forward to returning. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in the Bahamas, look no further, you found it!

An island on an island

When we were booking this property there were some things that weren’t clear to us, having never visited the Bahamas and being unfamiliar with the location. The house is very nice and very comfortable. It has high ceilings, modern appliances, and many bathrooms. It does feel like an authentic Bahamian experience, which is what we were looking for when we were booking. There were seven of us and young children, one less than two-years-old. For this reason we wanted as much space as possible for playing, napping, and hanging out. We also wanted to be able to store and prepare food and have some privacy so we could have our meltdowns without bothering anyone. This property provided all of those things. The location to the beach is incredible- the ocean comes right up to the step off the back gate. It is very cool. We did not spend too much time on the beach because during our visit there were what seemed to be biting sand flies (Thanksgiving). My husband’s feet had many bites so we did not take the kids to play in the sand. The location was among other similar homes, but also vacant properties and new development. It was a mix, but we decided not to go for walks in the neighborhood for our general impressions of the area. Specifically, there were stray dogs, guards at the nearby strip mall, - places I would not go to alone though my husband did. We did see locals walking with strollers though so it may have been fine. Also, we felt safe while at the property, which is gated. The island is not that big so driving out to a public beach (we liked Jaws Beach) and restaurants did not take long. Also the roads were a straight shot so it was easy to navigate in a rental (driving is on the left side of the street, but our rental had the driver on the left side as in the US). The hosts were also very nice. We took advantage of their pantry service and it was so nice to arrive and have the fridge stocked with groceries. They were also very nice when we damaged a chair. I was not sure what to expect for the higher-end nightly rate. The value of this property for us was the space and the pool (which is heated too). It was a very nice property with very nice hosts. The kids had a blast and I am still happy with our decision to find an alternative to the resorts.

Large home with tool

I could not say anything better about this home! The house is absolutely stunning, views are to die for and not to mention the location is quiet and perfect! The outdoor pool, furniture and games were such a great addition. The beach was quiet and relaxing! The hosts, Rosalie and Robbie, were beyond gracious and assisted us whenever we needed help. We felt completely safe the entire time and cannot wait to go back.

Rosalie and Robbie were the most accommodating rental hosts I’ve ever used on Vrbo

Property was quiet, extremely clean up, and amenities were to date. The owners helped us plan the driver for the week, private chef and everything we needed for an awesome bachelor party/friends get away. I give everything about the property and owners a 5 star.
