The Space:
Set in a peaceful pocket surrounded by neat gardens, the home features polished timber floors, split system heating and cooling in each bedroom and living area, and all the modern comforts you’d expect. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, then relax on the comfy couch to enjoy your favourite shows on the Smart TV.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The master bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite, bedroom two offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds—each with built-in robes and split system heating/cooling.
The central bathroom features both a bath and shower, with a separate toilet and a full laundry (including washer and dryer) for added convenience.
Step outside to the secure backyard, perfect for your furry friend to explore. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy dining alfresco at the large outdoor table—ideal for a sunny breakfast or a relaxed evening glass of wine.
Off-street parking is available for one car, with plenty of free on-street parking out front.

The enormous Eastern Park runs down to the waterfront and is home to Geelong's historic Botanic Gardens. The park also has the nine-hole East Geelong Golf Club,
Nearby Garden Street has plenty of cafes, bakeries and independent shops . For some great dining make sure to visit Little Creatures Brewery or the Elephant and Castle Hotel.
Getting Around:
Only a 5-min drive to Geelong CBD and 30 minutes drive to the Bellarine Peninsula or the Surf Coast.
Other Things to Note:
We are available to assist when required, however between 9pm - 7am messages will be monitored less frequently.
This property is pet friendly. Pets are only allowed with formal approval & a pet fee may apply.
BBQ: Please ensure the gas bottle is turned off and the grill is cleaned. An additional charge of $50 will apply if the BBQ is required to be cleaned after your use.
