Located in the sought-after Bridgewater complex at Litchfield by the Sea, this third-floor unit offers a serene escape with all the comforts of home.
Step out onto the private, oceanfront balcony and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves roll in. Inside, the living area is cozy and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable seating area and a dining table for meals or game nights. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, whether you're whipping up breakfast or enjoying a sunset dinner.
The bedroom features a plush king-size bed, and the bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combination. For your comfort year-round, the condo is equipped with 2 zone heating and air conditioning units, allowing you to personalize the temperature in different areas of the unit.
