Arrived at night so a bit confusing finding the registration office within the complex… otherwise a beautifully maintained complex along with a comfortable condo with all the necessary conveniences for our 4 day stay. Definitely would consider returning to the same complex

I really enjoy staying at Litchfield by the Sea because it is so quiet and removed from the chaos of Garden City and northward, and Pawleys Island is so charming. The unit does face the pool and ocean. The biggest bummer is that of all units on the second floor, this unit has a palm tree right in front of the balcony which partially obstructs the view. The unit was very clean, though very humid so it had a musty smell in the bedroom (dresser drawers, I think).The condo was decorated charmingly, furnished nicely, and adequately supplied, though dishes and cookware were minimums. No condiments/cooking spices/oils are stocked. There could be better lighting in bedroom and living room, especially for those who enjoy reading. A single lamp in the LR is not enough.There were no beach amenities so I left behind a beach chair and boogie board.Housekeeping staff was great. Parking was easy and great walking paths.Just wish the pool opened earlier than 9am!Hosts were very responsive every time and made great suggestions for restaurants. Thank you Wilfred and Molly!

This condo was very comfortable, decorated in a cozy coastal theme and the beds were very comfortable! Everything that was needed was provided. There is a view of the ocean and the walk to the ocean is very short. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and nice. The owner is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautifully decorated condo. Loved all the storage in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was great. Unfortuately, we could feel the mattress springs when using bed and pans in kitchen need updating.

The property was just as it was described. Beautiful location with an ocean view. Perfect for my husband and myself. Great communication with the host. The only issue was that the bathtub drained extremely slowly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing stay!

This condo didn't disappoint at all. It was located a very short walk to the beach. It was also less than 5 minutes from some amazing restaurants, grocery stores and gas station. Amazing views of the ocean. The resort also has a starbucks, restaurant and nice walking paths around it.Had no issues and would most definitely stay there again.

Great property, just as described…. Location was great, close to stores, plenty of great restaurant options nearby but also outside of the congestion of Myrtle beach. host very responsive. One tip for checkin is to make sure you have the host/owner name as this would have helped our checkin process go 100% seemless. Overall, great host and great rental.. we would definitely rent again!

Fall Getaway

We loved our stay. The unit was clean and updated. Everything we needed for the 2 of us. It might be a bit cramped for more than 2 but was perfect for us. Both indoor and outdoor pool areas clean and uncrowded. Quick 5 min walk to the beach. We will be back!

Peaceful retreat

My husband and I stayed for 7 days and had a wonderful time in this condo. The condo itself was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were so soft. The view of the ocean was incredible. The community surrounding the resort was beautiful and quiet. We loved everything about this place and hope to come back in the future. Communication with owner was great too!

Wonderful Girl's Trip

We had a wonderful stay! The room was well decorated, clean and felt very safe. The beds were really comfortable and we all got great sleep during our trip. The location was perfect! I love that it is gated and there is a Starbucks less than a 2 minute car ride away! The owner messaged us to make sure that we had everything that we needed and the hospitality staff at Litchfield goes out of their way to make your stay great. We will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

Host refuses to issue partial refund after hurricane debbie

Our reservation was fron august 4th-august 8th but we had to depart on august 5ty due to hurricane debbie and an evacuation advisory (closed beach, drained pool, severe weather). I spoke with the host on august 5th over the phone and he said he would refund the days we werent going to be there. After ignoring my calls since august 5th, the host is now refusing to issue the refund for the three days we couldnt stay. Spoke with him after speaking with vrbo and he was very unprofessional and rude.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo was clean and we liked the view of the ocean. The only real issue I had was how bright the light was through the window at night when trying to sleep. That’s just personal preference because I can’t sleep with a lot of light and noise. I will say that check-in was listed to be at 3 o’clock and instead it was at 4 o’clock. I wouldn’t say that the office staff was exceptionally helpful during check-in. We got there at 12 o’clock. And was allowed limited access to the amenities compared to other hotels in the area which typically let you have full access to the hotel aside from your room until the check in time. I pre-registered but never received a call for check in from the front desk. All in all though, we would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Bridgewater condo

We had a wonderful stay at the Bridgewater condo at Litchfield By the Sea. It is the perfect size for a couple. Great location to many shops and restaurants, the pool and lazy river are wonderful and were never too crowded. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and were very accommodating. We would definetely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay so much! We drag our feet as we pack up to leave. The condo is beautiful and immaculate. Comfortable beds, amazing water pressure, and relaxing decor made this week more refreshing than we anticipated. I’m so glad we booked this unit and hope that we can visit again soon.

Beautiful condo and community

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo. We had everything we needed to cook meals, the beds were comfortable, and we were conveniently located to a great pool with a lazy river and the beach. The views from the den were perfect and made being there so relaxing. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries as well. We really hope to be back soon!

my stay

Bath tub was not clean, Fridge was not clean, look under the bed after dropping my phone lots of dirt and dust must not have been cleaned for a long time. The condo was nice, location was great with lots of things to do enjoyed the beach, fishing and crabbing. The chairs on the patio were not in good shape and the table out there is broken so we could not put any glasses on it. Per norm I do get something from the owner check in instructions or directions but was not sent anything.
