The Space:

As you step into this light-filled apartment, the stunning ocean views from Alex Beach to Mount Coolum immediately captivate your attention. The open-plan living area seamlessly merges with the balcony, offering a perfect spot to soak in the scenery and sea breezes. Complete with a plush chaise sofa, dining table for four, smart TV and a ceiling fan for comfort and relaxation. The compact kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking away from home, including a fridge, oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher and coffee pod machine.



Bedroom 1 (Primary Bedroom): Light and bright, the primary bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe.



Bathroom 1 (Main Bathroom): The main bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity.



Bedroom 2: Furnished with two single beds, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.



Laundry: Attached to the main bathroom, the laundry features a front loader washing machine and sink.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire 1st floor apartment along with space to park a singular car in the secured garage. There is also free street parking available. Please note you need to walk up 2 flights of stairs to access the apartment, there is no lift.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located just 600 metres from the patrolled beach at Alexandra Headlands and its iconic surf club. Within an easy stroll, you’ll find a collection of local cafés, restaurants, a skate park and a convenient corner store. The area is well supported by everyday amenities, including a private hospital, shopping centre, library and cinema, while nearby parks, playgrounds and an extensive network of walking and cycling tracks make it easy to enjoy the outdoors.

Explore the Sunshine Coast:

Maroochydore Airport is a 15–20 minute drive, Brisbane Airport is around 60–90 minutes, and Australia Zoo is approximately 30–40 minutes away. Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the apartment is approximately 250m to Alexandra Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore, Noosa (northbound) and Mooloolaba, Caloundra (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to the apartment will only be provided after the completion of our form.
