Games zone boasts a large space to relax or play, with a pool table, multiple couches, smart TV, and kitchenette with double door fridge. Leads directly out to the outdoor patio and plunge pool.
Two guest bedrooms offer a king bed, BIR, a/c and ceiling fan.
Main bathroom downstairs offers freestanding bathtub, frameless shower and w/c.
Separate powder room with w/c and sink.
Outdoor shower can be accessed from main bathroom or external side path.
Large functional laundry includes washing machine, ironing facilities, bench space and sink with clothes dryer in the garage.
