This level also features two queen bedrooms and a twin room with two single beds, along with a sleek main bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

The first floor is the heart of the home, where sunlight streams through expansive windows, illuminating the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop, electric oven, family-sized dishwasher, and a spacious island bench—perfect for preparing delicious meals. Please note that all vehicles must be parked within the property boundaries at all times and access can not be impeded for neighbouring properties.
