Welcome to On Ocean Time, your perfect island getaway nestled in the heart of Holmes Beach on beautiful Anna Maria Island. Located just five houses from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this spacious and thoughtfully designed home invites you to relax, unwind, and make unforgettable memories with family and friends.

With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. You'll find two luxurious king suites with attached bathrooms, a cheerful twin bedroom with two twin beds and a trundle bed, and a final guest room with a queen bed. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and with plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

This main living space features a modern kitchen, comfortable seating area, and a cozy dining nook—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Natural light fills the room through large windows and a sliding glas door that open to a deck with views of the pool below.

Step outside and you'll discover your own private oasis. The heated pool offers year-round enjoyment, with space to lounge in the sun or shade. For a little friendly competition, head to the putting green, ping pong, or enjoy a game of corn hole in the backyard.

Our home was designed for outdoor living, with three inviting balconies that let you soak up the island breeze from every angle. At the front of the house, a charming balcony offers a quiet spot to sip your morning coffee. On the back, the expansive second-floor balcony is perfect for entertaining, complete with a gas grill and outdoor dining area—ideal for evening meals under the Florida sky. Head up to the third-floor balcony, where you'll catch a glimpse of the sparkling Gulf waters, the perfect backdrop for sunset cocktails. In the evenings, fire up the gas grill and dine under the stars at the outdoor table for six, then settle in for a peaceful night in the quiet comfort of your island retreat. On the ground level, the shaded poolside patio is a true retreat, featuring a comfortable outdoor couch, a Smart TV, and plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach. Whether you're gathering with family or simply relaxing solo, these outdoor spaces make every moment feel like vacation.

On Ocean Time is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. The maximum occupancy is eight.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
