Welcome to Serendipity Retreat – your fresh, modern base in Taupo.

Set in the new Nga Roto subdivision, this bright three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers an easy, low-stress stay for families, couples and friends. Everything is new, comfortable and designed so you can simply arrive, relax and enjoy.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 with an ensuite: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Two king singles

The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, a warm, inviting space for movie nights, sharing a meal or planning tomorrow’s adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it simple to put together breakfast before heading out, or cook a cosy dinner after a full day exploring.

There’s a double garage plus off-street parking, and a heat pump to keep you comfortable in every season. Wi-Fi is included.

You’ll be staying in a quiet, newly developed neighbourhood with easy access to Taupo’s lakefront, town centre, cafes and activities. The nearby Kokomea Village Centre offers a supermarket, cafe, takeaways and more – handy for stocking up or grabbing a quick bite.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
