All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main level- If you are bringing a boat, be advised that certificate of liability insurance needs to be provided to the property owner.- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located on the front of the home facing the front yard, and camera 2 is located on the back of the home facing the backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion- If any guest wants to bring any water item like a boat, jet ski or any water related item, he has to provide certificate liability insurance before check in, and has to contact the guest contact before check in date.
