Beautifully decorated with every small detail to make guests comfortable. The property was beautiful and right on the lake. We lived the screened in porch as well as a kitchen with everything needed to cook meals.

We had a great stay here! The house was so cute and well maintained. We stayed for an entire week and brought our boat with us and it was wonderful. The walk down to the dock is fine, but the last half of the walk back to the house can be hard on older people. My parents are in their early 60s and did it, but they struggled a little bit. The dock was well maintained and in a great little cove. The home is very convenient to all sorts of shopping needs. Checkin and checkout was a breeze and Tera was a wonderful host and great to work with! Would absolutely recommend this home to stay in!

I booked this home several months in advance for my mom and out-of-town family to stay in during our wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect. The house had ample parking, a beautiful layout, was spotless, and even included complimentary snacks. My mom was thoroughly impressed.The location could not have been better, just five minutes from our venue. The host was fantastic, checking in regularly and accommodating our schedule changes in the lead-up to the stay.Thank you again for making this such a great experience. I highly recommend this home and would absolutely book again.

Great Family Getaway

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving in this lovely home. The house was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and very accommodating. We enjoyed good food, movies and games. AND... we are so thankful our pets were able to join us. Thank you!

Epic Family Week

Perfect place in a perfect location on Lake Lanier. Absolutely everything was great and as expected. Our host Tara was always responsive, although we didn't need to reach out to her for anything of importance because everything worked as expected. The walk to the dock is pretty easy and we appreciated the electric cart for hauling our coolers up and down to the water.

Relaxing

We had planed to bring our boat, but due to the rainy forecast, we decided to leave it at home. However, we all needed some rest and relaxation! We cooked, watched college football, scary movies, and enjoyed each others company. Had a great time!

We decided to meet our niece and nephew who were ending their spring break as we were starting ours , we moved our flights to Atlanta to Jamaica to spend Thursday through Sunday. We Are Back!

Had to stay here again for our Christmas family time! It works out perfectly for my family and is very classy! The nicest place we have stayed that allows our furry friends! Parking is great and we had a handicap guest this time who had no problem getting around. I highly recommend this home. Fully functional kitchen with all utensils, pots pans etc... The host follows up immediately!

Had a wonderful family weekend at this very pet friendly house with great privacy. Just know, it's a bit of a hike back from the dock up the hill. Also if you need complete silence to sleep, this may not be the house for you. All wood floors and no area rugs make the bedroom area a bit noisy. But please don't get me wrong, we had a great time at the property.

Weekend Getaway!

Great property!!! The location was on the lake and close to everything in town too. We enjoyed the large LR, screened porch and of course the dock on the lake. The bed in the primary was one of the most comfortable beds I had ever slept in. Our family & friends had a great relaxing weekend here before heading back to school. I would highly recommend.

Quaint Lake House

We enjoyed our stay at the evergreen house. It is one of the cleanest houses I’ve stayed at on vacation. Very nice dock area in a cove for fishing and swimming. The walk to the dock is a very nice natural area. I would caution those that have bad knees or that are older that the walk down to the dock is on quite an incline. Seeing as we had a 5 year old in the group I think that just helped him sleep better at night :-). The highlight of this house is a very nice and spacious screened porch area. We spent a lot of time in this area, it was perfect for coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening.

Beautiful lake home

Although the weather was much cooler than expected, we loved the lake house. It was beautiful, cozy, exceptionally clean and fully equipped. Loved hanging out on the porch and on the dock. Thank you Tera for being so accommodating and for sharing your beautiful home!

My family and I bought Evergreen Hideaway GA as a place to reconnect and just slow down. We are about an hour away but during baseball season, we just can’t make it there and wanted to share our home in the hopes that others will make the memories we have already have made.
I would love to read your stories if you choose to write them in the guest book.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The screened in porch has to be my favorite place to spend hours with my family. We either play games or watch football on the tv out there.
We hope to make the basement a rec space for the kids to remember.
