Welcome to Queen Street Cottage, a charming two-storey retreat set back from the main street for peace and quiet, yet directly opposite the famous Berry Doughnut Van, local cafés, restaurants, and boutique stores. This cosy cottage combines rustic charm with modern amenities, perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to explore Berry.

The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests with two upstairs bedrooms: the master with a queen bed and ensuite (shower, toilet, and bath), and the second bedroom with two king single beds - which can also be made up into a King bed. A sofa bed in the lounge room is available for extra guests. The living area features comfortable seating, timber floors, and French doors opening to the front verandah. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, and air conditioning keeps the downstairs cool in warmer months.

Enjoy outdoor dining with a BBQ on the front terrace and direct access to a private reserve at the rear of the cottage. Or relax on the verandah with a book while enjoying some local produce or taking in the view of the mountains looking towards Drawing Room Rocks. A short stroll will take you to Berry’s best cafés, markets (including the Sunday monthly markets at the Berry Showgrounds within a short flat 200m walk from the cottage), shops, making everything you need easily accessible.

The property offers a car space in front of the garage, complimentary Wi-Fi, and all linen and towels are provided. Queen Street Cottage is the ideal home away from home, combining comfort and convenience in the heart of Berry.

Terrific location, right in the heart of Berry, yet not on the Main Street so noise wasn’t an issue. Beautiful property, bedrooms are very roomy, 2 bathrooms plus an extra loo. Kitchen well stocked, loved every part of our stay.

This property is right in town but quiet. Mel is very efficient, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Berry Inn to anyone visiting Berry and surrounds.

Lovely cottage in town centre

The queen street cottage is a beautifully appointed and quaint property in the centre of town with shops and eateries at your doorstep. It’s very quiet and backs onto a park. The owner is very thoughtful and has made sure the cottage feels like a ‘home away from home’ It’s spotless, freshly painted and kitchen is well equipped. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Great location

Our son was married at Berry School of Arts and we stayed at Queen St cottage because of the location to the main street of Berry and proximity to the School of Art. We were able to walk everywhere, hardly used the car. The cottage was clean and well presented, the beds were so comfy and the linens were luxurious. The gate in the back fence to the reserve and playground was very convenient, we will be back again soon.

The property was fine, brilliant location and very clean and comfortable. I found Stayz/Berry Getaway costs and process a pain so would look elsewhere next time. Seem to have paid fees to both and the ultimate “book in” process required too much confidential info
