Experience the ultimate beachside getaway in this beautifully renovated, modern coastal home, deigned to accommodate up to 12 guests across 4 spacious bedrooms. Set over multiple levels with upside-down living, this home offers breathtaking 180° views of the bay, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The light-filled living space with raked ceilings and a well-equipped entertainer's kitchen seamlessly extends to an expansive balcony through a wall of bi-fold doors, creating an inviting space to relax and entertain. While smart design ensures all 4 bedrooms have access to ensuites, and 3 open to outdoor decks with stunning water views. Located within easy walking distance to McCrae Plaza, cafés, restaurants, buses and beautiful beaches. Approx 700m to the foreshore of McCrae beach.

• 2 master suites - with king beds (Crown Posture Bedding Mattresses) and private ensuites - one upstairs, one downstairs. Both with Balcony access and bay views.
• 2 additional bedrooms with queen bunks (Crown Posture Bedding mattresses), perfect for kids or groups which shares a bathroom. 1 bedroom has balcony access with bay views; the other looks out onto the front landscaped garden.
• Powder room on each level for added convenience.

House Rules:

1. Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.
2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 12.
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 5 cars. To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited.
7. No Bucks, Hens or Schoolies: To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbours, we do not allow bucks, hens or schoolies on the premises under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited both inside and outside the property. The property is fitted with smoke alarms that are sensitive to vaping.

Guest Limit Policy:
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing which is 12. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

Guest access
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully.
We are situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood of long term residents and we are the only short term rental on the street. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music at night with quiet hours starting at 10pm. Guests not adhering to these rules will be asked to leave immediately.

Absolutely no hens, bucks or schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
This is a strictly pet free property.

You'll have the entire home all to yourself for your stay. We will provide instructions for remote and secure access on the day of your arrival.

We had an amazing time and the host was so accomodating to our little ones. They went above and beyond and the house was exceptionally located. Views were awesome and so close to the beach. Thank you again from the Ebrahimi family
