Escape to the heart of the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse natural park. Ideal for lovers of nature and historical and cultural heritage. Forest and castles within walking distance. Versailles 20km away. Paris 40 km away.
This house of character, bathed in light, is independent with private parking. It is located in a large family property, protected from the hustle and bustle outside.
From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the park and its ponds. A relaxation area is reserved for you (sauna and jacuzzi).
The accommodation
The cottage is ideal for coming to relax in all seasons with family, friends or during business trips.
This house is independent and entirely dedicated to short-term rentals. It is located in a large family property, protected from the hustle and bustle outside.
From your large furnished terrace (garden furniture, barbecue and sunbeds), you benefit from a breathtaking view of the park and the ponds (access to the park is possible but subject to certain conditions because it is on the private and family part). You can freely and exclusively enjoy a relaxation area with a large sauna and a small outdoor jacuzzi.
You will particularly appreciate the interior charm with its neat decoration and quality equipment.
The house consists on the first floor of a relaxation area, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, kitchen robot,...), toilet and a large living room with a beautiful fireplace for the cold season (autumn, winter).
Upstairs, you will enjoy a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. The landing leads to three bedrooms. The first can comfortably accommodate two people or occasionally four if necessary. The second is a master suite for two with a shower room in the bedroom. The last one is also designed for two people and can accommodate a folding cot for baby on request.
The house is therefore designed to accommodate six tenants but you can stay with 2 children in addition (bunk beds built into one of the bedrooms).
Traveller access
You have access to the property with a remote control for opening the gate.
Two private parking spaces, sheltered rooms are available to you inside the property.
You have a common right of way between the entrance gate and your cottage.
The 4 hectare park is for private use but we are happy to let you enjoy it for picnics, walks and games under certain conditions.
The cottage, terrace and relaxation area are independent and only for you.

There are therefore several independent houses on the same property (4 hectares) which is why parties are strictly forbidden for the respect of each other.
The park is reserved for the main house but access is possible under conditions (such as, for example, respect for the place and our family privacy).
Exceeding the capacity and outsiders are not allowed.
A deposit of 1000€ is required.
You will have to contact us one week before the stay to organize your arrival.
