Hermoso apartamento con terraza panorámica con vistas a París en el último piso de una casa catalogada de 1766, tranquila y sin vis-à-vis, en el centro de la ciudad.

Su entrada es completamente independiente, está reservada para viajeros.

Viajeros ideales para la Ópera de París, Champs-Elysees, La Defense, Porte de Versailles o el Castillo de Versailles en busca de vegetación y tranquilidad.

Casa histórica catalogada perteneciente a Edouard Branly (1840-1944) inventor de la telegrafía inalámbrica.

Ubicado en el último piso de una casa excepcional de 1766, este gran apartamento (130 m2) con su propia entrada, completamente independiente, ofrece una sala de estar muy luminosa y orientada al sur de París, que se abre a un hermoso pasaje al aire libre.

3 habitaciones muy confortables para hasta 6 personas.

Hay un autobús a 100 metros del apartamento que te lleva en 5 minutos a la estación de la Ópera de París o el Palacio de Versalles.

Este mismo autobús también lo puede llevar en 10 minutos a una estación de metro para ir directamente al centro de París (Champs-Elysees por ejemplo).

Puedes aparcar tu coche gratis en nuestra calle.

Hay varias tiendas (tienda de alimentación general, carnicería, pescadería, panadería, etc.) a 300 metros, así como restaurantes cerca de la casa (en particular, a 300 metros del Café des Artistes al borde de los estanques de Corot).

Este sitio de estanque es hermoso, muy bucólico y tranquilo.

Die Wohnung war geräumig, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und Supermärkte in der Nähe Besonders erwähnenswert ist der wunderschöne Sonnenaufgang über Paris,den man vom Balkon aus gut sehen kann.Die Gastgeber waren besonders freundlich,haben gute Tipps gegeben bzgl.Restaurants etc.Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter.

We stayed at this lovely property to have some downtime after a busy tour of France. We enjoyed the spaciousness and outlook. Having two toilets when sharing with friends is also a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped if choosing to stay in. We were close to restaurants, shops and public transport plus there was a lovely walk around two lakes close by. You can see the Eiffel Tower lit up at night from the lounge/balcony and it was a 15 minute UBer ride to Versailles for a spot of shopping. There are three flights of stairs to navigate to the apartment but so worth it when you arrive at this oasis.

Great family vacation in Paris

Xavier and Camille were amazing hosts. Our flight landed a little early and they were still able to accommodate us. The place is within walking distance of a bakery, grocery store and several restaurants. The AC units kept us cool during the heatwave we were there. Great communication with the hosts and every need was immediately taken care of.

Amazing weekend in Paris!

This weekend stay with 4 adult friends in Paris was incredible! In a quiet, smaller neighborhood of Paris it was full of great food, close to the metro, and had breathtaking views. The hosts were very accommadating, especially since I messed up the reservation and only said one person was coming, and they quickly fixed the sleeping situation. They were easy to communicate with, and they provided great recommendations in the area!Highly recommended for anyone traveling to this area!

French Chateau Vacation

The chateau apartment is gorgeous and was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Paris. The Ville d'Avray is a quaint village located in the suburbs with all the amenities only 5 min. walk, including grocery store, bakery, and restaurants. Public transit is close-by with buses, metro, and trains easily transporting us into the city for touring all the major landmarks, museums, cathedrals, shops and restaurants. Palace of Versaille is only a short 10 min. Uber ride and a great day trip. My husband and I spent a fabulous week at the chateau which was a comfortable, beautifully decorated, well-appointed haven to return to for relaxation after busy days touring and exploring the city. Xavier and Camille were the best hosts, very friendly, helpful and responsive to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We have travelled all over the world renting VRBO properties for over 25 years, and this chateau is one of our favorites. We can't wait to return to Paris soon, and would definitely stay there again. Merci beaucoup Xavier & Camille for making our adventures in France magnifique!

Lovely apartment in vile d’avray

We have been to Paris several times and decided this time to try an apartment outside of the city instead of the normal touristy hotels. We are so very glad we did. The place is very well done a beautiful spacious apartment in a historic home. The owners were very helpful. I should mention we did have a car so we did not have to try other transportation but it was perfect

Family Vacation

The size of this property is amazing and the terrace provides amazing views, including one of the top half of the Eiffel Tower day and night. My parents checked in with Xavier and Camille and I arrived shortly thereafter. We had no issues with them or the property, which was very clean and exactly as advertised. Taxis and Ubers were able to find the address. The beds were comfortable, especially compared to some other local options. The location is quiet and you cannot get anything with this much space to yourself near Paris. Xavier and Camille are wonderful hosts, providing everything you could imagine and taking care of minute details like lighting a candle for you each evening after dark. We are so appreciative of them sharing their home with us. To be clear, you have your own entrance and your own space. But you will be above their living space, so try to be considerate. Please note - this location is on a steep hill and reaching the space you are renting will require climbing stairs. There are around 40 up to your rented location once you get inside your entrance and you will haul your luggage and any purchases up and down those spiral stairs. We had no issues, but take your time. If your group is able to do stairs with ease, I highly recommend this property. The owners can set up a transfer to/from CDG airport. You will spend some money and time getting to/from Paris or Versailles, but this property - and the extreme hospitality of the owners - make it worth it.

Perfect mix of calmness and access to Paris

This is a spacious, modern, and private apartment occupying the third floor of a historic house on a quiet street in Ville-d'Avray, a close-in suburb of Paris between the Bois de Boulogne and Versailles. A nearby bus stop provides a short ride to the Pont de Sèvres #9 station of the Paris Metro. Tall windows and doors offer a view of the southern sections of Paris and even, to the left, a view of the Eiffel Tower, 11 km away. You can discern the nighttime illumination and hourly "glitter show." We were in the Paris area during a cooler time of year -- the apartment's electric heaters were more than adequate. The kitchen and bedrooms are large; separate rooms for a bathtub and for a shower are provided. The hosts have provided a "house book" with details you will need in both French and English. The neighborhood is a mix of ancient and modern buildings, all well maintained. A grocery store and boulangerie are close by, and we enjoyed the morning ritual of walking down the street to buy croissants to start our day. On a Tuesday, in the parking lot for Ville-d'Avray's historic church, we encountered the town's market day -- numerous stalls with beautiful produce, cheeses, and seafood. The tranquility of Ville-d'Avray so close to the bustle of Paris is a big plus. Our hosts, who live on the floors below, were both responsive and respectful of our privacy. Access to the apartment is up a short but steep street and the apartment is up three flights of stairs.

Lovely Vacation

Property is as described and shown in pictures. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, stores and outdoor market. Camille & Xavier very accommodating and patient with our numerous requests for suggestions, directions and assistance; great hostesses. Definitely would stay again and would recommend it to others.

Absolutely amazing!!!!

We enjoyed our stay here so very much!!! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly. Xavier and Camille were so accommodating and extremely kind to us. The home is very lovely and spacious. It truly had everything we needed and more. Plenty of linens, comfy beds, and really nice furnishings. We appreciated the artwork, too. :) We enjoyed every aspect of staying here and would definitely enjoy staying here again in the future. We appreciate the champagne left for us for our anniversary. It was such a kind gesture. The hosts are so generous and thoughtful. Probably the best VRBO hosts we’ve ever had!! Thanks again for a beautiful stay!!! -Sherrie and Greg

A tourist dream just outside of Paris

We arrived at the spacious, sunny apartment to find a small feast waiting for us. The cold water, cold AC, fresh baked goods, and assortment of snacks were much appreciated after a long day of travel. Xavier made sure we had everything we needed, assured us we could contact him if we needed anything, then left us to rest. It was great knowing that the owner of the property lived right below, but other than some supplies and some generous surprises left for us outside our door, you wouldn't know anyone was there. The apartment and surrounding town are like something out of a French novel, but with modern amenities! Large, beautiful, doors and windows, comfortable beds and couches, every kitchen amenity you could need, and a wonderful wraparound patio where you can see the tip of the Eiffel tower sparkle at night. The town is small and peaceful and has grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities within walking distance or a short bus trip. Getting to and from Paris is relatively simple. The apartment is about a 15-20 minute walk to the local train station. If you'd rather not walk, lots of other options can be found in meticulously prepared binder in the apartment. We have stayed at numerous properties over the years and Xavier and Camille are without a doubt the best hosts we’ve ever had. There will be no question where we stay when we return to France.
