Escape to sunny paradise in this lovely three bedroom private home –only 10 minutes to beautiful South Beach Vero, also less than 5 minutes to downtown and shopping. Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood – with a large entertaining yard with a hot tub! This home has beautiful and comfortable décor to meet all your needs and wishes. Great home for large families & friends with lots of space, many activities, and the Atlantic Ocean sandy beaches nearby. Dog friendly.

The space
The home features a fully stocked kitchen, cozy dining & living area, three comfortable bedrooms, family room area, and two full baths. Washer & Dryer are in the garage, which was converted into two bonus rooms for more fun with family and friends. Screened in porch for relaxing. Board games and books. Yard games and patio furniture for outdoor fun. Enjoy the bbq, games, and fire pit in the large private yard.

I truly enjoyed the stay in the home other than a few things. The grill did not work, there was pet hair and dust everywhere, the pots and pans need to be updated as well as the TVs. Other than that, the location was wonderful, the host was wonderful, and I had a lovely time with my family.

Sorry that you had issues. I wish you had told me when we talked so I could address them immediately. Hair and dust is not ok. The grill might have needed propane- we do not provide it. My apologies and we will take the necessary steps to fix it.

I am in Vero often to visit family. This was my first time staying at this property. It was a great location, convenient and had everything I needed. Tiffany was a great host and very engaged in making sure my stay was perfect. Definitely on my list for future visits!

Lovely home

Very comfortable home. Has everything you need. We greatly enjoyed staying here. The backyard is expansive and loved the fire pit and hot tub. The only downside is it backs up to a street so being outside is a little noisy but still enjoyable.

Great Stay!

Owner communicated great from booking through check out. The house was exactly as described and very clean. We loved the location, in a quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to beaches and golf courses. The kitchen had everything we needed - just had to pick up some groceries. The coffee bar was a special touch! The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with our senior dog. This house was conveniently located to the beach, our family, the grocery and restaurants. We had a great stay. Tiffany communicated effectively. The check in was easy. The house was clean.

Better than a hotel

We chose to stay here instead of a hotel so that the 4 teenagers could have their own space and instead of air mattresses at the in-laws. This place was perfect!! The location was close to EVERYTHING, the house was immaculate, communication was the owner was top-notch... the addition of the beach chairs/toys was the cherry on top! We will DEFINITELY be back every single time we come to Vero to visit my in-laws!

Came for a wedding

I came down with a group of friends. I booked this listing based on required amenities, location and price. It knocked every last one out of the park. The house was perfect and Tiffany was great.

A very good value. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Only slight,slight negitive. Some upgraded lounging furniture and up the temp on hot tub a couple degrees. Overall would definitely stay again. Perfect for our needs.

Enjoyed!

We enjoyed our stay here, stayed for a month and it seemed the longer we were here the more we enjoyed it! Check in was great, there were no problems that we needed to contact Tiffany for while we were there so we texted when we got there and again when we left a month later. The house was very well stocked with anything we needed, kitchen, bathroom, laundry! The neighborhood was very nice with lots of friendly folks! It was a short drive to groceries, beach, a gym we joined, shopping, The back yard was very nice, our dog loved chasing the lizards and an occasional squirrel!overall, the place felt much like home. I would recommend it for a short stay or a longer stay either one!

We have three properties in Florida- two condos on Hutchinson Island South and this single family home in Vero Beach. And 5 vacation rentals in Northern Michigan. We use our properties for quick get-aways and longer vacations. It is very special for us as a couple and as a family. Vacations give us an opportunity to reconnect and bond which is essential with all of our lives being so busy.

As parents of 3 sons in their 20s, we wanted something that appealed to all ages. We also wanted a variety of activities, lots of great dining places, and beautiful sandy beaches. These wonderful locations checked all the boxes for us
