The house was really nice, big chefs kitchen, pool table, pool and hot tub in a beautiful setting! The host, Jimmy was very nice. Large house and very comfortable. Would definitely rent to stay again. Thank You!

The place was absolutely beautiful, we had everything we needed and wanted. The host was very friendly and helped with many questions that we had. You can tell the home is loved, and the homeowners take very much pride in it. If you have many people and need a big place to stay this is it! Happy travels.

Peaceful, Well Appointed and Wonderful Host

This rental far surpassed our expectations. The location was peaceful, property was well maintained and home clean and very well appointed. The owners definitely put a lot of thought into what renters may want or need during their stay. The pond is well stocked for fishing and the pool, hot tub and covered porches provide a feeling of your own private resort. Jimmie was most helpful in providing support throughout our stay. A property!! Could not recommend more!!

Amazing Getaway

My husband and I just got back from Wine Down Acres and we’re already talking about our next stay there. The house was clean, the property well taken care of, and the hosts were very friendly. Our dogs enjoyed running around the property and swimming in the pond. We didn’t bring fishing gear this time, but next time we will, as the pond was well stocked with fish. Even though the hosts live at a house on the back of the property, we felt very secluded and had plenty of privacy. We spent most of our time sitting on the front porch, swimming in the pool, or laying under the trees just enjoying the breeze and sounds of nature. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the busy life for a few days of peace and relaxation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The house was immaculate from top to bottom and one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Everything being on one level was a huge bonus and made unloading luggage and settling in incredibly easy.Jimmy was a fantastic host. He took the time to stop by and introduce himself, which was greatly appreciated, and made it clear he was available if we needed anything during our stay.The pool was perfect, and the entire property was exceptionally well maintained. We loved having access to the pond and paddle boat, which added another fun activity during our stay. The location was also ideal, allowing us to easily explore Austin, Waco, Fort Worth, Dallas, and the surrounding areas while still enjoying a peaceful retreat.The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we could have needed. The only items we noticed missing were a pizza cutter and kitchen scissors, which were such minor things that we picked them up for future guests to enjoy.The outdoor living area was one of our favorite spots and where we spent a lot of our time relaxing. If we had one suggestion, it would be to add a couple of pool loungers for sunbathing by the pool. The existing seating was great, but a few loungers would make an already amazing outdoor space even better.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. The home, pool, and grounds were all beautiful, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday weekend!! Mr. Jimmie was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the ranch was beautiful. Quiet, clean, relaxing, and the perfect country getaway. The private pool, fishing pond, and peaceful surroundings were a huge plus for our family to relax and unwind. Such a peaceful escape from the city. We can't wait to come back!!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The home was clean comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the fishing swimming and simply unwinding in such a peaceful setting. Mr Vann our host was welcoming, responsive, and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable vacation.
