Stay in this beautiful 1905 Craftsman Bungalow.

This captivating bungalow built in 1905 is located one block from downtown Spearfish. Enjoy all the amenities of home, while on vacation. This 2200 square foot home has 2 bedrooms with king beds, and a third sleeping area with a queen size memory foam pull out. One bathroom on upper level and another on the main level of the home. Open living and dining area. Main floor kitchen and laundry room. The spacious back yard is great for pets and kids to run and play safely while adults hang out on the deck around the fire pit and relax. If you want to go downtown and enjoy a night out, it is just a couple minutes walk from the home. The home has easy access to interstate 90 and scenic Spearfish canyon.

Whole house was clean and direction book at entry way was extremely helpful. We were here for a football game at Black Hills College and location and area was perfect. Host was easy to contact and very gracious.

This is our second visit. Loved having all the conveniences of home at our fingertips. It was also nice to have a fenced in back yard for our dog, and have stores and beautiful trails available nearby.

The perfect property for our family vacation!

This charming house was so spacious and provided everything we needed and more! It was so clean and well maintenanced we had no need to contact Colleen for anything. This was the perfect worry-free home base for our vacation in the Black Hills.

Wonderfully appointed. Every convenience:coffee bar, large table, comfortable furnishings, an unbelievable downstairs shower, a grill and fire pit, and easy parking. Perfect for a party of six plus an infant.

Wonderful place to stay. Property is exceptionally clean. Walk two blocks to downtown Spearfish and enjoy the great offerings. Great for family of six. Lots of space to hang out. The backyard deck is great for soaking up the sun.

Perfect Location

Couldn't have asked for a better location. Weather was fantastic. Everywhere we ate was fantastic. The house was perfect for us as well as for our dog. Thanks for sharing your house.

We enjoyed our second stay in the 1905 Craftsman Bungalow! The home is really comfortable, homey and located close to downtown and the city park. We walked approximately 1 block to the local ice cream shop every night. The back deck and yard are private and really nice. The host, Colleen, is friendly and easy to communicate with. We hope to return in the future for our third stay in the bungalow.

Beautiful home

We loved our stay in this bungalow, which was located close to the restaurants and shops. We especially loved sitting on the front porch and having our morning coffee. This home is immaculate and well cared for. I would definitely come back.

Love This Place!

Brought an RV, trailer, 2 motorcycles, 2 dogs & 6 adults ... so grateful to have a pet friendly space with a fenced in yard. House was beautiful, super clean, quiet neighborhood, all the amenities you need! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Rental

Easy Check-in, walkable to bars/restaurants, easy/ quick access to the interstate, great outdoor space, very well stocked kitchen, located along a main road but house is situated far back on the lot so road noise was not an issue, and most importantly my parents loved this property.

Pup Friendly Home

We had a great stay! It was just my husband and I with our two Scottish terriers but the house has plenty of room for more guests. The backyard was beautiful and the house was perfect walking distance downtown! Would stay again!

Ultimate launch pad for adventure!

This property is well kept, charming, and comfortable. It is staged to present in such a way you feel like you are living in a showpiece however, never felt forced or unliveable. The space is perfect for family gatherings, fun and games, meals, or impromptu planning sessions for the days adventure! Couldn’t recommend it more!!

Loved our stay!

We were so impressed by the updates and conveniences of this older home. The in-town location gave us the opportunity to walk to several restaurants and to the grocery store. The fenced in yard and the dog bathing area made this the most dog friendly home we've stayed in.

Great Place in the Black Hills

We've stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this house was by far one of our favorites. It is perfect for two couples, with upper and lower suites. Spearfish is a great town, close enough to all the sights, but away from the hustle and bustle. Communication with the owner was top notch! We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Better than advertised!

We had a fantastic stay and the property was better than the pictures! The house was walking distance to many restaurants, bars and even the park. We had no issues at all during the stay and the owners are extremely friendly. I would definitely book again.

Loved our stay in Spearfish!

This house was perfect for our family. The fenced in yard allowed our boys to kick the soccer ball around and our dog to get his sniffing in :). Spearfish is a really nice town and we loved all the parks and recreation options there. We hope to come back at some point!
