Very quaint and adorable loft

Had a great stay! Loved the thought and details that went into this loft. Nice outdoor patio with grill as well. Very clean and comfortable overall. Definitely will be our new go to place when we stay in Spearfish. Thanks!

Wonderful apartment

This is a beautiful apartment to stay. My wife and I stayed there for four nights for the Sturgis bike rally. It was a great location secure never worried about my car or trailer. The owners are super super helpful super accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Pretty But Would Not Stay Again Due to Location

No doubt, the apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Really pretty. However, its location is both a blessing and a curse. It's great to be on the main historic street with the shops, brewery and restaurants. BUT the apartment is directly above the brewery. The 6:20 a.m. deliveries - four out of five mornings, including the weekend - were REALLY unfortunate. It wasn't just the clanking metal garage doors, but the beeping of the forklift, the blaring of the shop music, and the loud conversations. I emailed the owner and she talked to the brewery, but they said they were on a time-crunch then only gave us a brief respite on one morning (8am instead of 6:20am). So after having to email owner about the morning deliveries (she said we were in a downtown area, after all, but agreed she should update/better describe on VRBO) and then with a parking question (easy, no problem there), we were hesitant to email her about the one partial roll of toilet paper and two total bath towels for the two of us for a 5-night stay which had to be an oversight. (We looked everywhere!) There for a weekend wedding, we didn't have the right timing or enough laundry to wash towels, so we made due. Next time in Spearfish, we will not stay at this VRBO.This apt is located in a commercial bldg and is the only residential unit among offices on the 2nd floor with the brewery and coffee shop on the ground floor. Nice concept but not relaxing at all and quite an expensive, noisy experience.

Convenience in downtown Spearfish

This location is very conveniently located to downtown bars and restaurants. The loft is stylish, modern and comfortable. My only complaint is that there is only one bathroom in the loft with 2 bedrooms - one bedroom is out in the open area off of the kitchen. But, there is a building bathroom just down the hall, which is easily accessible.

Your loft is beautiful. I thought it was a true 2 bedroom, but 1 bed is open to the main area. The 3am truck deliveries to the business just below was unfortunate, and the thermostat kept resetting to 80. We even attempted to reprogram it, but this would completely reset itself. Spearfish is a lovely place, we look forward to visiting in the future.

Best VRBO!

Immaculate property in this picturesque town of Spearfish, SD. We appreciated every detail, from the comfortable beds to the building elevator for one of our mobility impaired group members. The building hosts Ruby’s Roost, the friendliest coffee bar in town. We also enjoyed local IPA from Spearfish Brewing, then picked up a few delicious appetizers at REDwater Kitchen to share on our sunset-facing patio from our room. Definitely would stay here again!

Great place to stay when visiting the Black Hills!

My best friend and I just stayed at this wonderful loft-style condo in downtown Spearfish. The loft was perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate more people. Located in downtown it was an easy walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and just exploring Spearfish. Easy drive to lots of other touristy areas including Deadwood, Keystone, Sturgis, etc. What we loved most was how well stocked the loft was for all essentials. It is clearly well loved by the owners and we were truly made to feel at home. Whitney was quick to answer the few questions I had prior to arrival, which was much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend this space to anyone.

Perfect Spearfish get-away

My husband, son, and I visited Spearfish over spring break to see family. This loft was the perfect place for our visit. It met all of our needs for a vacation home (comfortable, clean, well-appointed, parking). There are several coffee shops and restaurants within a 2-3 block radius, so it's located in a very walkable area.

Clean, modern and fabulous location

Our family needed a last minute getaway for Christmas and we were so lucky that this property was still available! It’s close to everything in Spearfish and a reasonable drive to many of the winter attractions in the hills! Cute, modern decor and very clean with all the amenities. We will definitely be back.
