The bathroom has a beautiful quartz walk-in shower along with double sinks (and washer/dryer). The fully-equipped kitchen features counter seating with a view!

Very quaint and adorable loft

Had a great stay! Loved the thought and details that went into this loft. Nice outdoor patio with grill as well. Very clean and comfortable overall. Definitely will be our new go to place when we stay in Spearfish. Thanks!

Wonderful apartment

This is a beautiful apartment to stay. My wife and I stayed there for four nights for the Sturgis bike rally. It was a great location secure never worried about my car or trailer. The owners are super super helpful super accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Accommodations

Had an amazing stay in Spearfish while our son attended Football Camp at BH. Highly recommend this loft. They had absolutely everything we needed. Excellent hosts as well. Very responsive.

Perfect Spearfish get-away

My husband, son, and I visited Spearfish over spring break to see family. This loft was the perfect place for our visit. It met all of our needs for a vacation home (comfortable, clean, well-appointed, parking). There are several coffee shops and restaurants within a 2-3 block radius, so it's located in a very walkable area.

Clean & Modern Space Located in Downtown Spearfish

You won’t be disappointed with staying here. The space is thoughtfully decorated and the kitchen has everything you need even as a visitor (was impressed with even spices being provided). The hosts are attentive to all messages and made my stay even easier with such quick communication.

Clean, modern and fabulous location

Our family needed a last minute getaway for Christmas and we were so lucky that this property was still available! It’s close to everything in Spearfish and a reasonable drive to many of the winter attractions in the hills! Cute, modern decor and very clean with all the amenities. We will definitely be back.

Modern loft close to great food, hikes and mountain biking trails

The owner took every consideration to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible. From morning Kuerig’s to choose from to every amenity you could possible imagine they had it. Whitney was super helpful when we arrived and would definitely not hesitate to book again.

Best VRBO!

Immaculate property in this picturesque town of Spearfish, SD. We appreciated every detail, from the comfortable beds to the building elevator for one of our mobility impaired group members. The building hosts Ruby’s Roost, the friendliest coffee bar in town. We also enjoyed local IPA from Spearfish Brewing, then picked up a few delicious appetizers at REDwater Kitchen to share on our sunset-facing patio from our room. Definitely would stay here again!

City loft experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Spearfish -one of the benefits was staying in the loft. We loved the decor, location, and easy access to restaurants/downtown shopping. Awesome vacation!!

Property was great, location was perfect. It was private and parking was nice and close. Stayed here with the family, it was far better than staying at a hotel. Located right in the heart of downtown and only a short drive from the huge water park. Hosts were great. 5 stars! I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time in Spearfish away from the hustle of the tourist towns but still close enough for a short drive to enjoy all that the black hills have to offer.

Convenience in downtown Spearfish

This location is very conveniently located to downtown bars and restaurants. The loft is stylish, modern and comfortable. My only complaint is that there is only one bathroom in the loft with 2 bedrooms - one bedroom is out in the open area off of the kitchen. But, there is a building bathroom just down the hall, which is easily accessible.

Great place to stay when visiting the Black Hills!

My best friend and I just stayed at this wonderful loft-style condo in downtown Spearfish. The loft was perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate more people. Located in downtown it was an easy walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and just exploring Spearfish. Easy drive to lots of other touristy areas including Deadwood, Keystone, Sturgis, etc. What we loved most was how well stocked the loft was for all essentials. It is clearly well loved by the owners and we were truly made to feel at home. Whitney was quick to answer the few questions I had prior to arrival, which was much appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend this space to anyone.
