Ponsonby Central — the sprawling food hall a short walk from the property — is the heartbeat of the neighbourhood: a labyrinth of stalls and eateries that ranges from morning coffee to late-night cocktails, with everything from wood-fired meats to fresh sushi operating out of what looks, from the street, like an unassuming façade. This is a non-smoking, no-vaping property throughout — including balconies and all common areas. No parties or events. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM.

Please note the property is not fully fenced — please take care with young children around the outdoor area.

This property has upstairs neighbours — we ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels, particularly with music, television, and conversation in the evenings. The washer and dryer are not to be used between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Off-street parking is provided for one vehicle. Please note that Auckland Council street parking restrictions apply to the surrounding streets — please observe any signage if parking a second vehicle on the street.

Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the suite or anywhere in the apartment, building, complex or balcony.

In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.

Check in available after 3pm through lock box key collection. Lock boxes are located a short distance away, full details will be sent prior to arrival. We advise collecting the keys on your way to the apartment, if coming to the city via taxi or UBER, ask the taxi to wait a second while you collect the key. The walk to the apartment from the lock box is not far, but no one wants to walk in the city with suitcases!
