What a fabulous find!

We had an amazing stay. This house is so lovely and welcoming, and the location is A. Loved the natural light and the spacious patio overlooking the harbor, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds/bedding & couches were so comfortable. We’ll be back!

Reviewer Comments: The amenities are fantastic, the property is in excellent shape, and the location is unbeatable - literally a one minute walk to the public beach. Lisa and team were proactive and very professional.If I have to find something to nitpick, the second parking spot requires a bit of juggling to get in/out of. Also it's a bit ironic to set up a vacation property right on the sandy beach and then warn guests of the dangers of getting sand into the building. Better to furnish the place in a way that's less sensitive to sand! Fortunately there's an outdoor shower available for dealing with sandy feet and footwear.

Santa Cruz Family Trip

Great location for our family gathering associated with a UCSC graduation. The house was clean, comfortable, and a joy to come back to after our day or night excursions. I found the property managers very easy to work with.

Great family beach getaway

This property was a fantastic place to stay and exactly as advertised. The location is great, just steps from the beach, and the beach itself is a nice place to hang out for the day, especially with kids. The house easily accommodated two families of four (4 kids under the age of 10) and provided a nice home base for our daily adventures. Everything was very clean and the communication was great with the rental agency. We would definitely stay here again.

Home Town Fun

My husband lived next door to this rental in the past, and when I saw the listing while searching for our annual trip home every October, I jumped on the opportunity to stay in this location. The property is new and has a good floor plan for our family. It was clean, and the out side shower that has warm water is so helpful for getting sand off before coming inside. I really wish they would add more information on what the kitchen was stocked with on the VRBO site. We also have a VRBO, so I wasn’t impressed with how much info was listed about what the property was stocked with. I probably over packed because I wasn’t sure. The location is nice and central to lots of activities. We had a nice time. Enjoyed having the Crow’s Nest in walking distance.

Beautiful beach house

This is the second time we have stayed here. The upstairs slider screen door has not been repaired since our last visit. However, everything else is very nice. We love the house and especially the location. We will definitely be staying here again!
