Experience luxury coastal living in this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house in Pleasure Point! (Permit 211421) Spectacular ocean views, a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with ocean views, and a patio with plenty of seating & a BBQ make it a perfect place for relaxation. Walking distance to East Cliff offers scenic strolls, surfing spectacles, and delightful dining experiences. Your ideal coastal retreat awaits!
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests
- 4 bedrooms - 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin size bunk beds
- 3.5 bathrooms
- 2 reserved parking spaces located in the driveway. There is free parking on the street, however a spot can be hard to come by as this house is a popular destination being so close to the ocean.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Backyard with outdoor seating, BBQ, & outdoor shower
- The hot tub on site is not available for guest use (not photographed).
- This home is an EV-ready property! This property is equipped with an OK2Charge Level 2 Smart EV Charger*. Once you arrive, scan the QR code on the charger, choose your payment method, and you are ready to charge!
*Tesla drivers require a J1772 adapter

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)

Guests will have access to the entire home, except the garage that is reserved for owner's storage. The hot tub is not available for guest use.

Stroll along East Cliff Drive, savor fresh seafood, or catch a mesmerizing sunset from the cliffs. With its bohemian spirit and proximity to the lively Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Pleasure Point offers a quintessential California beach experience.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

We truly value our neighbors and ask that you be mindful of noise levels, particularly after curfew, and respect the guest limit. Your cooperation ensures a quiet and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- The living room features large windows without blinds, designed to maximize natural light and ocean views.
- This home is an EV-ready property! This property is equipped with an OK2Charge Level 2 Smart EV Charger*. Once you arrive, scan the QR code on the charger, choose your payment method, and you are ready to charge!

- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed.
