Friendly host, clean room and bathroom. Good location. Did not love that there were cameras in the living room. Other than that our stay was nice!

Sky is a welcoming host and is quite accommodating. She makes you feel at home by being flexible around the house and in the kitchen. My bedroom was beside hers and was well kept with sheets, towels, and decor. She began by giving me a tour of her place, which gave me a chance to know how I can function in the space. It was nice to share the house she lives in.

It was difficult to find because the house in the photo is clearly from a different era, when the house was new. I could hardly tell it was the same house as it was dirty and had no indication that it was a rental. There was no keypad, the house looked lived in and there was a pet sitting inside. The Neighbors said the home 0wners were at work and that they did not run a rental. There was no way for me to even look around to see if there was a hidden unit somewhere. I ended up leaving in frustration and had to find another place to stay on a night when very little was available. They offered a partial refund, but I am asking for and expect a full refund. This was my first experience with VRBO and I travel a lot and have many friends who travel a lot. Please issue a full refund and get this listing off of your site asap as it will only cause confusion and frustration.

Im sorry you couldn't find the place, however i left very clear directions and I have had guests write that in thier reviews, and all my other guests have had no issues finding my place vrbo has the front of the house and the map from google current right on the add, i have had guests from out of town and had no issues with my clear directions to find my house and im not sure where you went as i have telus security you weren't on my camera nor my neighbors around me, I have reported this to vrbo, you had 3 weeks to reasearch my place and 2 days to cancel, and if you didn't want to stay, I could have had other guests, as i said ive had many guests and they have all found my place with no issues with my clear directions same i sent to you and were very satisfied with staying here and will be returning the key pad i have is on the front door nob which is shown in the pictures on the add, a partial refund is more then fair as vrbo told me i dont have to refund anything and to be clear, im doing it because i am a fair host but im not obligated to is thier policy i wish you all the best!
