The property’s private jetty and stunning outdoor deck provide the ideal setting to unwind, whether you’re soaking in the serenity of the water, watching the amazing sunsets, or simply listening to the sounds of nature around you.
Dorathee Cottage features two well-appointed bedrooms, one of which is accessed via the back deck. Relax by the cosy fireplace, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, or explore the collection of books and board games provided for guests.
The cute galley kitchen makes dining a delight, with appliances such as a microwave and coffee machine, plus essential pantry items. Enjoy meals in the adjacent dining room or move outdoors for alfresco dining under the stars, complete with barbecue facilities and a serene outlook.
Dorathee cottage features a main family bathroom and an ensuite to the indoor bedroom comprising of a vanity and toilet. Practical amenities like a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and dedicated parking mean the little details are designed for your comfort.

- Please no entry to the shed/garage.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the Living Room.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
