Discover this brand-new retreat defined by sleek pavilion-style architecture and relaxed country living. The spacious layout features multiple living zones with a fireplace and a gourmet kitchen at its heart. Outside, a covered alfresco area, a private bocce court, and a fire pit set the scene for easy gatherings. With a study nook, central heating and cooling, and a group-friendly design, it’s an ideal base for relaxed stays close to Mudgee’s town centre and the region’s celebrated wineries.
Inside, the home opens to a long, light-filled living area made for relaxed group stays. Two welcoming lounge areas invite everyone to unwind in their own way, with one set up for easy movie nights and the other centred around an electric fireplace for cosy evenings together.

The contemporary kitchen centres around a generous island that draws everyone together for casual meals, fully equipped with quality appliances and a Nespresso machine for effortless mornings. Nearby, a timber dining table offers an inviting spot for lingering meals and local wine after days spent exploring Mudgee. Just off the main living area, a built-in desk with shelving creates a calm workspace for remote work or trip planning. Nearby, a European-style laundry with a washer, dryer, iron and cleaning essentials supports longer stays.

Sleeping arrangements suit large groups while maintaining privacy. The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed, a walk-in robe and an ensuite. A second bedroom is set up for shared stays with two bunks—one with a double below and a single above, and a second with two singles. Two additional queen bedrooms sit beside the main bathroom with a bathtub, shower and separate toilet.

Outdoors, a long covered verandah with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ invites alfresco meals and laid-back entertaining in every season. A private bocce court adds a playful social touch, while the fire pit becomes the gathering point as evenings cool.

Additional features include central air conditioning and heating, and access to a shared EV charger (paid). Parking is available for two cars in the driveway, including one covered carport space.

Please note: A second property, a one-bedroom villa named Petit Verdot, is located at the front of the block. Both homes share a driveway gate for parking access, and guests staying at Gabrielle follow a short, clearly marked path past Petit Verdot to reach the home. Each property remains separate, with its own private accommodation and outdoor areas.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Please note, firewood is only supplied to guests from April to September. If you are staying outside of these months, please be sure to pick some up on your way!

The bunk room includes a trundle bed that can be made up on request for a 12th guest (children only) at an additional cost of $50 per person, per night. If the trundle is requested within the standard 11-guest capacity, a $30 linen fee applies.

Intimate gatherings among guests are allowed, but no extra guests are to be brought onto the property without prior approval.
