First floor of a charming 19th-century house with a private, fenced-in garden

First floor of a 19th-century house in Tours that blends old-world charm with modern decor and comfort.
Shaded, enclosed, and private garden.
Right in the heart of the city, a 5-minute walk from the Royal Castle, the Clos Lucé, the Château Gaillard, shops, restaurants, the market, and the Loire à Vélo bike route.
You’ll have the entire upper floor of the house to yourself, with a separate entrance, a large kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a 160-bed, a large living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The total floor area is over 60m².
The house is historic, featuring tuff stone (a regional specialty of Tours), exposed beams, fireplaces (non-functional), and hardwood floors. Since the hardwood floors do not provide much sound insulation, and to avoid disturbing the tenants below, this accommodations are not suitable for children ages 2 to 10.
High chairs, baby bathtubs, and travel cribs are available upon request.
Bicycle shelters.
