This bright, stylish villa features an open-plan living and dining area, a private outdoor space, and stunning mountain views. Located near Five Mile Shopping Centre, just minutes from Queenstown Airport and a short drive to the town centre, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and location.
The space
This two-bedroom Queenstown villa is ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends sharing. The open-plan living area includes a smart TV, and plenty of natural light.
The fully equipped modern kitchen is perfect for cooking at home, while high-speed Wi-Fi, year-round climate control, and in-villa laundry facilities make this property ideal for both short and longer stays. Step outside to relax in the private outdoor area after a day exploring Queenstown.
Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire villa, including two bedrooms, bathroom, open-plan living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry, private outdoor space, and one dedicated car park.
Any personal items left behind after check-out can be shipped upon request. Please note that all shipping, handling, and service costs will be charged to the guest. We recommend double-checking the property before departure, as we cannot be held responsible for items left behind.
OUTDOOR AREA

Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm – 8am.
As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
• No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.
• All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am
