This place is all about location. We chose it because of the proximity to a French bakery (which we recommend). We had wonderful dinners nearby. It was also a short walk to the Needle and a little longer walk to Pike Place Market. The apartment itself is laid out well for two people, a slight stretch for 3 or 4. There are basic supplies for kitchen, bath, and cleaning up after yourself. Tips for others: make sure you ask ALL the questions about the check-in procedure before you get there. Like, "What is the code to get in the front door?" and "How do we get into the actual apartment?" (Good advice for any VRBO.) Also, there was a pullout couch but no sheets for that bed. Lighting is dim, but then we didn't expect to spend much time in the apartment. Overall, I recommend it.

Stayed for surgery/post-surgery recovery and in hindsight would have chosen a place that is cleaner. Location is the main pull of this place, super easy access. Pros: -Great location-Elevator-Security/door code/keypad-Responsive contact-TV is easy to use -Plenty of utensils -Rooftop with elevator access -In unit washer and dryer (washer is extremely small) - great dishwasher Cons:- Only street parking, no dedicated parking (there IS a parking garage for the building but that was not mentioned when asked or offered) -Lightrail can be a bit loud as it is right outside the building -No central AC, only AC in-window unit but doesn’t fit window or have seal so doesn’t keep place cool-Paint leeching on walls or wall stains-Garbage can sensor and buttons don’t work so have to manually pull up lid and close but inside of lid is filthy-Pullout bed is easy to assemble but has a paper thin mattress and cheap couch so does not feel sturdy at all and couch moves easily -Empty/old cleaners below counter which smell horrific like they’ve spoiled -Paper towel rolls with only a couple paper towels left -Bathtub extremely slippery and nothing for anti-slippage -Laminated welcome papers on the counter did not have WiFi name and password filled in so had to text contact -Ice cube trays had gray fuzz in them, had to completely rewash -No switch or bathroom fan so no air circulation in bathroom -Keurig not cleaned- Contact/ host unaware of various building features
