This property didn't live up to the description or the pictures. The location was great, and having the parking option was a huge plus. The actual building was fine and the amenities were ok, but dated. The apartment had portable AC units that connected to the outside - they were coming apart, and there were open holes with air flowing inside the apartment. The towels under the sink were damp and smelled like mildew. The shower curtain was pretty dirty and smelled like mildew. The bathtub/shower had black mold and needed to be deep cleaned. The owner did respond to our concerns and offered to have the cleaning crew come back out. We delcined and decided to buy a few towels from Target to use while there. The closets were packed full of stuff and not usable. The kitchen was nice and stocked with everything needed which was nice. Overall, we were disappointed in the property. The location is great, but the space definitley needs some TLC and needs to be decluttered.
AC unit coming apart in bedroom. The one in the living room was worse, but I didn't get a picture.

Check-in was very easy and accommodating. Parking was also easy. The king bed in the bathroom was very comfortable. The building and unit are older so it was definitely showing some wear and tear, but overall it was a good experience.

It was okay. Lack of upfront instructions made it a challenge. A lot check in check out processes to follow made it feel uncomfortable that I would not follow all of them. The ac was portable and very noisy.

BROKEN SOFA BED W/AIR MATTRESS (NON)SOLUTION

The manager (owner? who knows?) Marcus never mentioned that we needed to provide an ETA (within a half hour) until the evening before our stay. That was very unhelpful timing, and this information should be part of the VRBO listing. It is not currently. (Most VRBOs I have rented have a code or key box, allowing us to come and go at the times convenient for us. Seattle traffic made this insistence even more challenging and inconvenient.)The biggest frustration was learning upon arrival that SOFA SLEEPER in the unit is broken and unusable. We noted in our first message about the property in January that we are a party of 4 adults. Why did the owners not tell us? Or replace the couch? The person who let us in showed me the text to "Marcus" the manager asking if he told us the sofa sleeper was unusable? The answer was a simple "NO." The person who let us in says it has been broken for weeks. There was an air mattress to use instead. We do not find this an acceptable solution. Telling us so we could make other arrangements and get a full refund in advance would have been the right thing to do. By the time we arrived it was too late to find other accommodations. The place was also not in great shape - the door has been forced (or kicked) open at some point. VRBO does not make clear anywhere on their website the channel for seeking a refund. So I'm left to deal with this publically. If you are looking to stay here, I cannot advise it.

A good stay

The location was great. Overall a very good stay. The only issues we had was that both the screen door and bedroom window screen are torn/ falling out. Besides that it was great, highly recommend.

Great Belltown location with a View.

Super nice place very comfortable. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Down the elevator to the street opens up a 360 degree selection of food choices. Pizza on the corner was great. Easy walk to Pike Plaza. Three different balcony views. Real close to sports arenas.

Convenient to everything

This property is located about halfway between the Space Needle area and the Pike Place Market area, and walkable to both. The "park" area between the buildings on the 3rd floor is a pleasant quiet place and the rooftop patio has great views. There are numerous good restaurants in the condo/Belltown area.

Owner great, management not.

The condo itself was fine. Great neighborhood, lots of extra pillows and comfy bed. It was the check in process that was a nightmare. To be fair, the actual owner was very pleasant on the phone and was able to get me inside the condo as needed. It was the whole setup of checking that was flawed. I had to be met by a greeter who needed to go over the rules of the condo and let me in and review things with me. I told them I would be arriving anytime between 4-7. They told me to keep in touch, so I did. All day I texted the management co. and told them which ferry I was shooting for, when it was supposed to leave, if it was delayed, etc. They responded ok to each text and knew my plans the entire day. They then told me to let them know when the ferry landed and when I was driving over. I did and said I’d be there in 15 minutes. When I got there there was no place to park in front as it was a loading zone. So, I sat in the car and waited for their greeter, who never came. I texted and they kept telling me to wait more. I texted later on and they still said to wait. I explained that we had been in the car all day and purposefully caught the early fairy so that we could get inside and shower before getting dinner, so, this waiting and driving around the block so we didn’t get ticketed was ridiculous. After 55 minutes I called the owner, not the management company, directly, and he went out of his way to let me in. He was very nice. However, this was a huge hassle.

Great Location

Excellent location in the Belltown area. Several major activities are within walking distance. Many dining establishments are in close proximity. Condo was well equipped with all neccesities included. Bathroom toilet made some strange noises as well as a closet door that needed replacing. Overall a great location.

Amazing location.

The apartment had everything you need. It was cozy and we'll equipped. Locationn is within walking distance to everything you want to see in the area we parked are car and it never moved.

Great Seattle Location

The location of this condo was perfect for our first trip to Seattle. Half way between the space needle and pike place, everything was in walking distance. We didn’t even rent a car, no need. Light rail from the airport and 5 blocks to the condo! The condo was clean and comfortable and had a view of the sound from the balcony. We really appreciated the gym onsite and we went everyday as that is something important to us. The only 2 things that were minorly inconvenient were the TV does not have local channels, so we could not watch the news, they only have tv apps if your have your own subscription like netflix, prime, etc. the other thing that was annoying was the elevators were being worked on, and it was questionable if you might get stuck. But it was not enough to ruin our trip at all. We loved Seattle and this condo was just right for our trip.
