Villa Niccola is located in the SW part of Cape Coral near Cape Harbor, Rumrunners Restaurant as well as Fathoms and a few other shops within walking distance, great bicycles paths and a tranquil neighborhood.
Villa Niccola opens up with a split floor plan. Upon Entering the home, you will be welcomed to a large open living space, semi private den with a designated desk and a day bed that can serve as a lounge space for reading or additional sleep option, kitchen and nook dining space. The main bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom is located on the right side of the house while the 2 guest suites are located on the opposite side of the house sharing an upgraded bathroom with a shower tub combo.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Villa Niccola features beautiful modern but airy décor and can fit up to 6 (7) guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, al fresco dining with a conversation table that has plenty of options for board games and entertaining, swimming in the heated pool or relaxing on the sun loungers, a BBQ outside is available for you to flip some burgers and the dock with the boat slot and Tiki Hut invites you to fish or just watch amazing sunsets from your boat dock.
