This 4-bedroom, south facing pool home in the Cornwallis neighborhood makes
a perfect vacation getaway. This home has a bright spacious great room concept with
full opening sliding glass doors leading to the lanai. A great entertainment
space for you and your guests! The lanai faces south for wonderful sunning next to the
pool and sitting in the hot tub. Walk down and sit on the your private dock and enjoy watching the wildlife.
The great room includes a dining space, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with
seating for four at the large counter. The spilt bedrooms include a spacious primary
bedroom and private bath with walk in shower, dual sinks. It also opens to the lanai to serve as the pool bath.
On the other side of the great room are three additional bedrooms and bath with tub and
shower. The front bedroom has two queen beds and second and third guest bedrooms
each feature a king bed. Each bedroom features its own TV.
This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with
every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is fully furnished with all linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap,
bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away
from home.
While there is plenty to do right at this vacation home once you venture out of the
neighborhood you are close to many beaches, a waterpark, shopping and restaurants.
The Ford Edison Estate and Historical Museum is must. For baseball fans, the winter
training camps of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins are just 20 Minutes away.
The Disney parks are about 3 Hours away. For boaters, the home is just 5 minutes from
the open water of the Calusahatchee River, Leading to the Gulf of Mexico. Don’t miss
