Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Upside"! This home sleeps up to 6 guests.
Quaint Carmel-by-the-Sea 1,453 sf, 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house - only one block to Carmel Beach on a convenient neighborhood path! Take a stroll to downtown and experience all Carmel has to offer from world class-dining, casual cafes, art galleries and unique shops. From golfing and hiking, to scenic drives and winery tours, there is really something for everyone in your group to enjoy around the central coast and Monterey Peninsula.
Living Space
While the home is on a sloping, the interior of the home is all on one level.
Enter the front door into the warm living room with vaulted ceilings, wood floors with area rugs, a library of books and a flat screen TV. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace on cool coastal evenings. The home has a selection of games for board game enthusiasts.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen features abundant counter space, a gas range and a corner window near the sink.
The dining area has a wooden table and chairs that seat six, charming built-in shelving displaying some simple treasures and a large window flooding the space with natural light by day.
Outside
Outdoor living is easy with an ocean view balcony, a large, fenced yard and seating that includes a bench, 2 loungers and a table and chairs that seat 4. A charcoal Weber grill is on hand for the grill master in the group.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a queen bed, ocean views through the tree tops from a large corner window, a seating area with love seat and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower.
The guest bedrooms are located at the other end of the house:
Bedroom #2 has two twin beds.
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds.
Full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.
A washer and dryer are on hand for guest use.
Off street parking for one vehicle in the carport and for one vehicle in front of the home. The sloped driveway is also available for parking, if desired.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with Homeowner pre-approval on a case by case basis, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
